Collin has been servicing our pool for over 2 months now, and doing a great job. Outside of doing an excellent job taking care of the pool, he has alerted me to some maintenance issues. I find him knowledgeable, friendly and respectful every time we have a conversation. Bob

Preston has been cleaning my pool for a while and it has looked better than ever! There have been times I’ve needed to call because my pool was definitely not being cleaned as it should. Company was responsive and either a team of two would come out to clean it thoroughly or a new person (Preston) would be assigned who would do a fantastic job. I’ve been with them for years.

Blue Science has been taking care of our pool the last few years and has done a great job. We went through a few other services prior to starting with Blue Science and the difference has been amazing. Preston has our pool looking great and is very knowledgeable and proactive in keeping the pool clear and blue. Thank you to Preston and the entire Blue Science team.

Our current technician, Justin Mancera, has been great. He always communicates what he has done and he goes the extra mile to let me know what potential issues he sees. Hopefully, he will remain our pool technician for a while because he is by far the best we’ve had in our time with Blue Science. We’ve had some negative issues with the office and repair division from time to time, but Justin’s service will go a long way to keep the company as our service provider.

Keith Belle with Blue Science Pools continues to provide excellent service for us. As new pool owners, we have had several questions on how to make salt water system adjustments to ensure perfect water balances. Keith has always answered the phone, even after hours and weekends. Keith always has a good demeanor and makes sure we’re happy.

Dustin does a great job cleaning my pool. Can't thank him enough! On the rare occasion Dustin doesn't clean it another employee cleans it and does an excellent job, although I like to think I have the best of them. From the initial call asking about starting service until today the service has been outstanding -- one less thing to worry about. The job will get done with Blue Science Pools!

Best pool company we have ever had. Reliable, do a great job and honest. Right now our tech is Tyler, he does a thorough job every time. Super polite as well.

Sean Benbrook from Blue Science Pools is an absolute wizard at servicing pools. His 20+ years of experience is evident as you watch him breeze through tasks. I learned a lot from watching him clear out the debris in the drains, and now feel confident in completing the task myself if I ever need to drain and clean my pool again. Blue Science has been taking care of our pool since we bought our new home a couple of months ago. The process was so easy to set up and the company is very informative and transparent. The pool has always looked great and the techs do a great job. Colby W. is a fantastic tech who explained so much to me about our system and was so friendly and polite.

Jorell Thompson has been taking care of our pool for some time now and he has done an amazing job! We know every week he’s gonna show up and we never have to worry about whether our pool is good to get in or not. A while back, we had another person servicing our pool and we were considering canceling the service and trying to learn how to do it ourselves😬 We were reassigned to Jorell and it hasn’t even crossed our mind since. Wonderful employee and a perfect service!

Just wanted to thank Preston and the folks at Blue Science Pools for over 10 years of excellent service! After Hurricane Beryl they came out within days to clean and service, removed debris and helped avoid the pool from turning into a green swamp.

As a new pool owner in Houston, I had a great experience with Blue Science Pools. The technician did an excellent job fixing my pool pump, adjusting all the settings, and clearly explaining how everything worked. They made sure I understood every part of my pool system and showed me how to make changes whenever needed.
