Our experience with the pool cleaning team was fantastic from start to finish. Preston was extremely patient and made sure to listen carefully to everything my family wanted for our swimming pool. Even though our community has a strict property manager, Preston handled all the communication smoothly and professionally. When it came time for the pool cleaning and maintenance, Bryson kept us updated every step of the way and always made sure we understood what was happening. The whole crew was friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions we had. We were especially impressed with how clean and fresh our pool area looked after they finished, including the beautiful brushed walkway and the colored stamped concrete around our pool. The entire process was straightforward and much easier than we expected. Months after the initial cleaning and setup, we had a small issue with our pool pump. I reached out to Preston over the weekend, and within two days, they had the replacement part ready and installed. The attention and care they provided before, during, and after their service really stood out. We are so grateful to Preston, Bryson, and the whole staff for making our pool look amazing and giving our family a great place to relax during the hot Texas days.

It is not often you fins such excellent and personal customer service. Eileen and the entire team at Church Pool Services treat you like family, never over sell you and do their best to always be there. I simply cannot recommen them MORE! Truly the best in town and I say this after 25 years of owning a pool and being their customer for the past 3 years. I wish I had found them earlier.

Quite literally the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with

they are very responsive. If anything is goes wrong with the pool they immediately get out to fix it. Very proactive regarding the filter cleaning process. Very personable to deal with. Excellent rating.
