The Geek crew did an excellent job and had a very efficient process. It took some creativity to reach all of the windows on the 3rd floor, but they figured out a way and had a great attitude about it. They cared about quality, checking to make sure that things were done to my satisfaction. I will hire them again.

They were professional and did an excellent job. We had not had our windows cleaned since before 2009 and they were terrible. They worked so hard to make them shine. I could not believe the results! They were easy to work with and we will definitely use them again.

Great experience. Efficient friendly and polite technicians, arrived on time, did a wonderful job and made sure a few days later that everything was still meeting my expectations. I got my windows cleaned in and out and they look perfect.
Great customer service as well.

When another window cleaner cancelled last minute, I called Geek Window Cleaning. They were able to work me in the same day, which was very important for an event. Kyle arrived early and was extremely skilled, efficient, and friendly. My windows have never been cleaner.

It was extremely easy and convenient to make the apt. online and the cleaners came out on time, as scheduled, for the apt. They did a thorough job and cleaned each window by hand with a special solution that worked much better than anything else I have seen used on windows. When I had my sidewalks powerwashed the next day, the guy sprayed mulch all over the freshly cleaned windows and the Geeks came out and re-cleaned them - no charge! I had originally gotten a much higher quote from another company that was booked three weeks out and I'm so glad I went with the Geek Window Cleaning business because they were less expensive, faster, and better than their competition.

They were able to clean my windows on the same day I called them. I used the chat option on the web site and Kyle called within 20 minutes. They were courteous, professional and fast. The windows are sparkling now and I am very pleased with the results. I've now gotten on their schedule so I don;t have to think about this in the future (and it saved me some dollars as well). The guys from Geek Window Cleaning came out and did an incredible job on our windows. We had them do both inside and outside and now the windows sparkle.

Yesterday we had our home serviced by these guys. I cannot express enough how professional, affordable and timely they were. Our home is 18 months old, but our windows were in pretty bad shape.

I liked that I was able to obtain a quote over the phone instead of having to schedule an appointment for someone to come out. I have a baby and asked if the nursery windows could be cleaned first so I could put her down for a nap. Without hesitation, my request was fulfilled immediately.

Our windows look better than they ever have. Even when we moved it, they never looked this good. Kyle and James were very meticulous and did and outstanding job. I highly recommend this company and definitely will be using them in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with the Geek Window team. Kyle was very prompt with his correspondence and was able to come out and clean our home's windows on CHRISTMAS EVE! Talk about impeccable service! Overall, the two-story job was done in a couple hours (with the help of another of the Geek Window guys, Aaron).

Geek Window Cleaning did an outstanding job! Our windows have never been this clear! Kyle and Omar were professional, arrived on time, worked efficiently, did not make a mess, and were even able to clean the hard-to-reach windows that are about 20 feet high in our stairwell. As a pleasant surprise, I got to enjoy the soothing classical music they played while they worked. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

I needed to have my windows cleaned in preparation for selling the house. After searching online for window cleaning companies I came across Geek Window Cleaning service and decided to give them a call. I received excellent customer service over the phone and the same service when they came out. They were respectful and quiet when cleaning the windows in my sleeping infants room! The team was approachable and professional. Before coming to my house they send me an email letting me know who would be coming to my house and the time frame. That is pretty impressive! Unfortunately I have moved out of the Houston area, if they travel I would call them again! Definitely give them a try~!

I have used Geek Home Services for window cleaning in the past and was excited to learn that they do power washing now! Since our home is almost reconstructed from Hurricane Harvey damage, we needed a whole-house clean, inside and out! So, I called Geek to schedule window cleaning and discovered that they now do power washing, thus, I got both things done at once!

We had Geek Window Cleaning come out and perform a soft wash on our roof. It was covered in leaves and other debris which they removed safely. Then they washed it and was able to remove all of the black streaks that were all over it. Our roof looks brand new now! We are very impressed with the service and the way everything turned out! Got a quote from Geek Window cleaning fairly quickly, and they came out the next day and did a great job on our 3 story townhome. It had been two years since we had our windows replaced and our windows were starting to look pretty gross - even the screens! They washed all (screens are a small amount extra) and now they look great! Highly recommend!

For exterior cleaning they used a biodegradable liquids, so basically just washed it and let it dry and it should not leave any streaks (per the agent), some areas it dried with water residue still. We paid $570 ( 480 for the service + Tax+ tip+ windows screen washing) first when I got the quote they didn’t include the taxes in the quote and that was a surprise to me at the time of device. The house is single story house with a total of 12 windows ( few are oversized) but still too much for that, they didn’t hand wipe the extra water or do the corners of the windows. For 570 I expected more. I should have done more research, some companies offer much less expensive service with satisfaction guarantee too. Next year I’ll look for someone else.
