Therapy clean staffs were so professional keeping schedule appointment time, great job delivery, their cleaning services was thoroughly and they pay attention to where needed to be cleaned, all corners, cabinets, removed dust, kitchen and arranged the place after cleaning. Scheduled a pickup and cleaning one week in advance. The appt time came and went so I started a chat on their website to figure out when they would arrive. I received a call within 10 minutes telling me they needed to reschedule. I informed him of my need and urgency and questioned why he wasted a week of my time. His response was that he has too many customers. Good to know sir. Allow me to inform the public so they can plan accordingly.

Great value. Luz and Claudia came and made my home cleaner and prettier than it was when I first moved in. They were so sweet, even with my baby boy. They got all the dust off my fans, cleaned my daughter's messy messy room, and washed dishes, changed the stove. It was heaven. I know that when I need checking again, I'll ask for Claudia and Luz. Thank you so much!!!

The cleaning job itself was decent (good enough), but there were numerous issues with reliability. They were frequently late, and cancelled or rescheduled about 1/3 of the time. This was very frustrating when we had to alter our plans to make sure we were home, and then they didn't even show, or cancelled HOURS after their scheduled arrival time. And I had to contact THEM to ask if they were still coming. Very unreliable and unprofessional in their communication.

Also, they did not show up in any reliable or regular time frame. They would text 2 days before to ask if they could come, but it seemed to be just whenever they felt like it.

Also, they did the dishes which I always thought was standard. They didn't tell me until two years in that "we don't do dishes." TWO YEARS IN! Yet they'd been doing the dishes every time. Horrible communication. Would NOT recommend. We eventually had enough, cancelled with them and found another service. Don't waste your time.
