Staff booked appointment for service on a day they are closed and did not think to call the customer. After hours instructions for contact request was not followed as provided in their after hours messaging instructions. Leaving new home buyers without a service they specifically scheduled for their move in date. Wasted so much time and resources waiting for their no show. I do not recommend.

I called this company after Homeaglow came in and did a partial and poor job. I was just checking around for a new cleaner but Camili assured me that I did not have to look elsewhere. the pool service team showed up right on time for both visits. they quickly found two problems with my pool and fixed a leaking skimmer right away. the other issue was a broken vacuum line that was hidden under the concrete deck. they took care of the repair in a very clean and professional way. i would definitely recommend their pool services in houston.
