Request for carpet cleaning and floor cleaning for new house. Initially Chris was late for the appointment. He was extremely apologetic, showed professionalism about his service . He offered to reduce my rate as well. He was done in 90mins for three rooms and entertainment area of my new house ..

Easy scheduling! If he doesn't answer leave a voicemail because he will actually call you back unlike a lot of services. Easy scheduling; I called on a Saturday and he was able to squeeze me in on Monday. He was very informative and punctual in his arrival. He did a pet treatment and cleaned the carpet in one of my apartment bedrooms. He was honest in telling me that it was apparent the carpet had not been cleaned prior to me moving in. I have only been in my apartment a few weeks when I noticed a strong urine smell coming from one bedroom. My apartment complex stated they had the carpets cleaned, which he proved wrong. My apartment smells so much better now! I will definitely book again with him.
