Had 4 rooms, a couple of rugs, and my stairs cleaned. Excellent work at a fair price. The work was well done and in a timely manner. And he even came out late at night, which is a plus as my wife and I work 12 hour day shifts! The gentleman that came out was very polite and informative. Highly recommend!

Gulf Coast Cleaning and Restoration cleaned two sofas and a recliner along with the cushions from my outside deck furniture. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 teenagers so I was in desperate need of getting this furniture deep cleaned. They did a great job! They were professional, courteous, and attended to detail, including cleaning of the throw pillows. Highly recommended!!

They did a great job cleaning our carpets! All stains removed and did a great job!!! Chris responded to our request immediately and was able to get us in next day. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Highly recommend!

Chris was able to schedule our cleaning within the time frame needed. He arrived on time and did a great job with removing some lingering stains in our carpets. The carlets.smelled and looked fresh. He was very professional and we will use them again in the future.

Cleaned my upholstered furniture after it was covered in dust during a floor renovation. Before, we couldn't touch the furniture without it leaving a chalky feeling, and after, our furniture was cleaner than when we bought it!

We had scheduled a carpet cleaning a week in advance with another company and after moving busy schedules, as well as all the furniture, the company basically skipped us without even a phone call 😒

We called Gulf Coast and within the hour we were still able to get the carpets cleaned and looking like new.
The owner was knowledgeable, friendly and beyond helpful.

We are a Real Estate Brokerage and also manage over 80 properties in Houston. A day before new tenant moves in, scheduled vendor cancels us in a last minute.. we were desperate and it was almost impossible to find someone for the same day service based on our property location and what we needed. Chris called us back right away and communicated professionally and timely manner to save our day! He squeezed us into his busy schedule to make sure this was done before the tenant moved in. We used Gulf Coast for carpet and tile floor cleaning. Chris was responsive and answered all my questions well. He showed up on time within the expected window and completed the work with no issues. The results were impressive. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned.

I called Chris after having a terrible day of waiting on another carpet cleaning company who said they were sending out a truck to my location based on our appointment and the truck never showed nor could I get ahold of anyone at the company. I called Chris at almost 5 pm and he was willing to come out and clean my carpet that night!!! So professional and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. the kitchen and dining room floors power scrubbed and they looked
like a new floor!! Great work. Do not hesitate to call!!!

Absolutely incredible work! The solution he used smells so good! I thought this couch was toast for sure and he brought it back to life!! I recommend this service!!

Called them to clean my commercial kitchen and they left the place a mess and didn’t even provide a refund! I can’t believe they would do this to my restaurant and I had to pay over $500 to have a half cleaned facility! I’m extremely disappointed! Never hire Gulf Coast Cleaning and Restoration! You will be extremely disappointed!

Made a call yesterday and Chris worked me in today. My rugs were way way overdue for a cleaning. Chris patiently removed tons of pet hair. Cleaned rugs and gave great advice on how to better maintain carpets. Plan on having him back soon to do my windows. Highly recommend.

This is an updated review. Chris contacted me the next day explaining the no-show reason. He had my sofas cleaned that afternoon and did a great job. Had good communication throughout that day. I would use his services again.

We’ve use Gulf Coast Cleaning & Restoration twice and both times have had quick and excellent customer service, their pricing is very reasonable and their service is great. They made our couch and carpets look new again. We will definitely be life long customers!
