We had a bad experience with a pool company disappearing 25% into the build. A gentlemen called Lan Phan came to see us and worked with us to finish the pool. He was very experienced and professional and we actually changed the design after meeting him and the finish article is amazing. Even after the pool was finished he has kept in touch and his after sales service is the best I have experienced. I have already recomensed him to three other people. Quality person and company

I had been trying to get my pool algae free on my own for weeks. After spending way too much money on chemicals to no avail and with a pool as green as it had ever been, I called Al. He had a technician out the next morning that drained the pool, cleaned it and had it filled and perfect 18 hours later. I should have called Sandstone a long time ago and they will be handling my pool service moving forward. Check out the before and after!! 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend! Had several estimates and appreciate the time and patience that Al gave to me. He came out and explained things each step of the way. His crew was very nice and did a great job resurfacing my pool and also upgrading my deck. They cleaned up afterwards and have been key in ensuring my pool is cleaned regularly with the new plaster. When a leak was noted on my pump, Al worked diligently to help provide us with estimates to help repair the issue and understood our budget needs. Al understands the work, takes great pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and is really great to work with!

Sandstone replastered my pool , they poured concrete on the two sides of the pool which previously had large paving stones and grass.The pool looks more finished, they applied Kool Decking to my patio and pool area then painted it to match the stones on my waterfall. I had new LED lights installed. Albert and Jasmine were easy to work with and I would highly recommend Sandstone Pool Service to anyone. R.Bartel

I sent a request out to 5 pool companies to come out and give me a quote on resurfacing our pool on a Saturday. Al received my request and called me within an hour, and came over the same day. he is the only company that responded. I was able to call 2 other companies to come out just so I could compare price and services. not only was Al responsive, but he listened and provided us with the lowest quote with the best service after the pool was done. I would highly recommend sandstone for any pool services. being new to Houston we have had a lot of bad companies come out, but I give Sandstone an A+

We had Sandstone resurface our pool. Service was great. They showed up when they said, they were very efficient and our pool looks great. They also didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. We decided to keep them on for pool maintenance. They are very reliable and even with the storms, our pool has been crystal clear.

This is a great company if you have an older pool that needs resurfacing. I had several contractor's provide bids and Sandstone Pool Service provided the clearest details of the work being done by line item... this is important because most contractors provide one lump sum. Al the owner was very creative when going over the options and made excellent suggestions based the look and feel that my wife and I wanted. He was always available by phone for discussions and his crew showed up exactly when promised. Great work and great company!!!

Sandstone Pool Service have been doing maintenance for our pool for over 3 years now. No complains! They also send out emails with pictures of cleaned pool every time and warnings about the freeze or low water level in the summer, etc.

Al and his crew over at Sandstone Pool Service did an amzing job on our pool refresh. They were in and out in just a few days and fixed a bunch of broken tiles, reset all the limestone rocks and re-grouted, upadted our pool lights to led, redid the whole pool deck, and fixed some leaks on the pool equipment. We recently had Sandstone renovate our pool. They arrived promptly to the initial appointment where they reviewed what needed to be done, made recommendations and then emailed us a quote for the cost. Upon our acceptance of the contract they set up a date to begin work within a short time. The crews worked quickly and had our pool back to a useable state in a timely manner. Since then, we have also asked them to do routine maintenance. This has been done on a regular schedule as promised, and kept our pool in great condition. We would highly recommend Sandstone for your pool needs.

Albert and his team did an amazing job on our pool! They refinished our pool deck with Cool Crete, sealed the coping around the pool and rock slide, and gave the pool a thorough acid wash. Everything looks fantastic! They were super easy to work with—always communicative, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Al is a great communicator, and professional, and his team does fantastic work- they enlarged our deck, resurfaced the interior, brought our lights and drains up to code, and made our previously unusable hot tub a feature we enjoy.
