We had the very best experience with Justin today. Our bathroom tile and grout had two decades of built up residue that was extremely difficult for us to keep clean. Justin worked extremely hard, trouble shooting along the way, and it looks like new again. The build ups are completely gone, and both tile and grout look incredible. He has our highest recommendation.

Wow. Incredible service. Our cleaning specialist Victor Garcia was amazing. So thorough. He went above and beyond. Had no clue what to expect, but this exceeded all reasonable expectations. Victor not only cleaned everything squeaky clean, he even touched up the rusty parts of the vents with matching paint. I don't know why in all the years of home ownership I never used air duct cleaning services. My eyes have been opened to the error of my ways. Even with constant vaccuming and cleaning, we were losing a battle with dust. We tried to clean what we could reach ourselves, but the system was not designed with easy cleaning in mind. Once I saw the state of the dryer vent and our ductwork, I was horrified. I am sorry we let this get this bad. I had no clue. PSA: Check your ducts and schedule a service ASAP! We'll be coming back to COIT for sure.

COIT did a deep cleaning of my kitchen floor. The tile is porus with what I call "blackheads".
This is the 1st ever I had ever had this type of service done so my expectations were all over.
I asked if they could take care of the more troublesome areas and they gave me a warm feeling with a caveat.
Basically, they did a scouring of the tile and mopping. It did take care of some of the issues.
Overall was it worth? Would i do it again?
It would take me longer, but i could save a couple hundred dollars and the floor would look better.

Victor Garcia did an amazing job giving my 3 story home an overdue refresh from top to bottom! He was thoughtful, on time, explained everything, was careful of surroundings with all the equipment and provided recommendations going forward. All in all, i am very pleased with my thoroughly clean home where i can breathe easier.

Tony does a thorough and professional job. Very detail oriented. We had our granite countertops cleaned, sealed and polished.

We have an older dog who has had a couple accidents in the house so we wanted to get the carpet cleaned before the holidays. I requested the deodorizer add on (like we did last time) but the technician recommended the pet treatment instead and said it would work better. Unfortunately the carpet and entire room smells worse than it did before having it cleaned. The technician was friendly and professional but I just don’t feel like the service accomplished the goal

Overall, my carpet was cleaned okay. The technician told me, after inspecting my carpet, immediately said the edges of my carpet would not come clean and attributed it to my air ducts not being cleaned regularly. I felt that was part of his training to sell me on getting an added service. The interior of the carpet was adequately cleaned. The technician spent quite some time cleaning the 4 rooms.
However, as he advised upon his inspection the perimeter of the carpet showed no difference. After he left, I used “elbow grease” to clean those areas and they came clean. It seems to me that the company doesn’t want their employees to use the extra time it would take to clean those areas. The technician was professional. I don’t blame him as I feel like he was following company policy.

Justin was great!! The carpets looked great after cleaning, and Justin even gave me good insight on how to clean my floors! Would recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time using Coit as I usually use the other company known for carpet cleaning. Matt came to do my vent cleaning. What impressed me most was his honesty. He told me what I needed and what I didn’t need to do. You don’t get this from most companies, as they use deception just to make a sale. Because of Matt I decided to go with Coit for my carpets and grout cleaning as well. Johnny and Jovan came to do the carpets and tiles and were great. I would have never thought my 15 year old carpets could look like new. I also had several tiles that were covered with a sap-like substance from my plants. Johnny moved the plants to the patio for me and was able to completely clean the tiles. I highly recommend Coit and they will continue to be my “go to” service.

I spent over $750.00 an hour for invasion of privacy, streaked floors, and my confusion as what was going to happen. A discussion of various colors of grout should have taken place. I thought we were talking color of floor grout while you were talking shower grout. I told you I did not want you to do the bedrooms, only to find personal items stacked on top of my beds. It is done. I feel robbed. But it's done. and so am I. I blame myself. Please do not rub salt into the wound by "trying to make things better." I am done!

COIT did a superb job! We weren’t sure what to do about our elderly mom’s tiles and shower. Everything looked worn and used. The guys answered all our questions and we came to a decision to have everything steam cleaned and new color sealant put on all grout. It looks amazing! Like new! Would definitely recommend them.

Mike H. was probably the best technician I’ve ever encountered for a carpet cleaning service. He was punctual, professional, and polite. I couldn’t help but notice how thorough he was, not missing a single spot on my upholstery. He was patient with my furniture and he performed the tasks as if it was his own home. He didn’t try to upsell me with urgency or firmness but the careful way he explained each service in detail allowed me to make the upsell feel as if I was making the decision, not him. I’ll be requesting him next year for my dryer vents and air duct cleaning. Thank you again, Mike!

Justin is an excellent technician. He efficiently and professionally cleaned and treated our carpets. I strongly recommend Coit services. We previously had Coit do a whole house cleaning. The house was cleaner than when it was built.

Justin did an AMAZING job on our couches and rugs. I (stupidly) purchased white sofas and have a big dog that loves to ruuuuub himself along the couch cushions. That results in a white couch that looks beige (or darker). It took Justin a while because he had to do multiple passes, but the sofas are back to white! Justin didn’t give up until they were CLEAN! I’m glad he took pictures to show the before and after. Stark difference!

High praise for COIT! The scheduling online was super easy and Victor was AMAZING! He communicated with us prior to the appointment on his timing and gave us fantastic suggestions. Suggested they do a grout treatment to cover the mysterious stain that could not be cleaned. Definitely will use them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not happy with the cleaning this time around. I've used Coit multiple times and every time they've done a fantastic job and I've been so impressed. This time the guy did the quickest cleaning ever. I can still see streaks on my couch, spots did not come out and he completely missed 2 cushions. We have a white couch, and the last time we used them the guy spent almost 3 hours cleaning and it looked like new when he was done. Not this time around. NOT HAPPY FOR THE PRICE!

I would add a 6th star if I could! This company is The BEST! I had them come clean my tile floor and carpet recently. They were top notch from beginning to end! Communication was excellent, on time, thorough and knowledgeable about product and service
