Molly Maid Team 5 has been a breath of fresh air. I’ve tried several other cleaning services in the past — many of them did a great job the first time, but the quality always declined with each visit. That has never been the case with Team 5. Every time they visit, my home looks spotless and feels completely refreshed. Their attention to detail is outstanding — from the polished surfaces to the perfectly tidied rooms, nothing is missed. As a working mom, having this task off my plate has been a true game-changer. I no longer spend my weekends scrubbing and cleaning, and instead, I get that time back to focus on my family. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on Team 5 for consistent, high-quality service. They’re efficient, thoughtful, and always professional. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they bring each time they come.

Amazing! Could not recommend more. The ladies absolutely did a wonderful job, they were very respectful, they cleaned things I totally didn’t expect. They are so worth it.

Maria and Darling did an awesome job! I have a large 3-story house, 2500+ sq ft They cleaned just about every inch of it! I needed a deep clean and since they did such a great job, I am certainly having them clean every month. A huge burden off my shoulders. Their supervisor, Seily came by toward the end to make sure they got everything. She was very thorough and I could not be happier!

Value of service did not match the price. I paid for a move out clean and floors were still dirty when they left. Hairs that don't belong to anyone that live here are left in bathtubs. As the stench of fabuloso fades an odor of dirty wet rags intensifies. Windows that were cleaned the day before now have streaks from a dirty rag on them. Next time I'll just half ass it myself and save the time and money.

They quoted me $288 over the phone, but charged $420 at the door. They charge hourly, but worked SO SLOWLY. They cleaned one small bathroom and one empty room, but left the kitchen, living room, and windows virtually untouched. This felt like a scam, through and through. They are highly rated, but this was the worst cleaning service I've ever received by far. This wasn't half the job they promised; I spoke with Chris over the phone, and he constantly tried to argue that the workers cleaned better than I was claiming (despite me having photos which he called "concerning"). He also attempted to gaslight me regarding the deal I made over the phone.

I have over a dozen photos that look like the ones below. Do not trust this service.

We had our first cleaning today for a large 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Cypress, and I was genuinely impressed.

She arrived on time at 8 AM and started the day by asking where we preferred she begin and whether there were any specific areas of concern. That level of professionalism immediately stood out.

Her attention to detail was amazing. She cleaned thoroughly throughout the home and paid special attention to the specific areas we asked about. You can tell she takes pride in her work — everything felt refreshed and thoughtfully cleaned, not rushed.

She came fully prepared with plenty of professional supplies and worked steadily the entire time. We were home during the cleaning, and it was clear she was focused, respectful, and methodical.

Highly recommend her services, especially for anyone looking for a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner.

Jesse and his wife showed up promptly and began doing a move out clean on our 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Their work is meticulous and thorough. They exceeded all expectations. I give them 5 stars + couple extra for thoroughness. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
