The cleaning itself was what I expected and prices were comparable to other local services; however, the scheduling experience and communication about appointments was among the worst I have encountered. I set up routine cleaning which was booked on Friday evening at 9pm. I left 3 messages/texts to reschedule the cleaning for a time that was more suitable (mother of 2 small children) and no one got back to me. They never showed up and I have still not received any follow up phone call. I will not be using or recommending this service to anyone. For a one time cleaning with a groupon it may be worth the money but be prepared if they show up late or not at all.

Update: The booking process has improved. I like that I don't have to call to schedule, everything can get done online. I have used them about three or four times since the initial review. The service is still good and I am always satisfied with my cleanings.

I purchased a groupon for four man hours of cleaning. The two ladies they sent did an amazing job on my house. This was the best cleaning I have had and I have tried alot of cleaners.

The Super Maids have been cleaning my home for over 2 years now and we have always been happy with their services. Glenda , the owner, always makes sure the cleaners do quality work. They came highly recommended by my mother in law and we now highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a maid service for their home.

I will never use this company again! I have used cleaning services for years and know exactly what my home needs for a deep clean. They told me one thing and then scheduled something else. They cut my 3 hour deep cleaning time to 2 hours and added another maid. I requested 3 hours with 2 maids. My problem with this is that I knew that my home would not get the proper deep cleaning in 2 hours. 2 hours is a standard cleaning!!! They did not notify me in advance and then tried to argue with me when I complained. I found out once I made it home for my appointment!!! NO ADVANCED NOTICE ABOUT ANY CHANGES!!! On top of that they charged me the same price and my home was NOT deep cleaned!! I could go on and on about all that was not cleaned because the poor ladies had to rush to make that 2 hour window. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! My home is not cleaned and I truly regret paying them. It is not the cleaners fault. They really tried!! Now I will have to hire another company or do it myself to truly get a deep clean because many things were left undone. Plus it didn’t smell clean. I’ve used them a few times before, but now never again!!! So disappointed!!

i loved the service and the technicians were very efficient. Also it's not like i have a problem with prices but the price was good and reasonable so that was just a plus to the whole experience.

Very unprofessional people. Made an appointment and gave me time but on the day of schedule nobody appeared at my door so I had to call them and all they had to tell me was that they never had me on schedule. And as a courtesy they even couldnt sent one out at last minute.

I agree with the other fellow reviewer. This company uses fraudulent business practices to get business. They ride the coat tails of other successful carpet cleaners and try to represent themselves to be that company to get in the door.

Speed steam cleaning have a very good customer service and I was very satisfied with the job they did in home.

Eddi and Gabriel from Speed steam cleaning came to my house to clean my carpet. they were both professional in doing their jobs and I will recommend them to other.

Called them for a cleaning, about 10 minutes after examination they told me I needed it de-clogged. He said it would be $229 which I agreed to. And keep in mind, when I called my mom to make sure $229 would be ok, they were standing right next to me.

After the service, they walked inside and told me it would be $357, and that the de-clog was a service ADDED onto the cleaning. I called their main office and the lady said "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do". They ripped us off and did it proudly. They never apologized for the miscommunication (I could hardly understand them anyways), nor did they offer any sort of compensation for their shitty business practices. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Mr. Asi Basaho and Jessyl were very professional and thorough. I was reluctant to call someone I did not know from a website but I needed 24 hour service. Much to my surprise, these two gentlemen exceeded my expectations. The black and white mold is gone and my dryer now works better than it did when I first purchased it. I would recommend Mr. Basaho to any of my friends.

FRAUD ALERT!!! This company operates under dozens of alias names including Houston Air Duct Cleaners. Using any of them will ruin your day leaving you scammed. 5 Star ratings are almost always absolutely bogus; in some cases posted by the owners themselves. These people use fraudulent business practices, and it will catch up. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
Recently we asked got a referral for a dryer duct cleaner on our neighborhood website but unfortunately we were referred to Speed Steam Cleaning. When we called, they quoted us a $75 cleaning fee, but after they arrived at our house and started cleaning, my wife called me at work to let me know the technician ran into a “stone blockage” in the duct and needed to use a “steam chemical” mix to remove the stone to complete the job. This additional labor would cost $350, which they did not mention was in addition to the $75 they previously quoted. They told her the alternative would be having someone come in and cut out the pipe from the wall to get rid of the clog, thereby costing us even more. Although suspicious, she called me to make sure that it was alright to proceed. I too was suspicious but reluctantly told her to proceed to avoid possibly having another company come out to do the same job. I decided to quickly look up some reviews and after 10-15 minutes called my wife to tell them to stop but they already "finished" with their “steam” treatment. The final bill was $425.
So I did a little research into the matter. I looked on the Better Business Bureau’s website (F Rating) and some more online reviews (all of which are very negative; Yelp, YP, Angies List, and others). It became quite clear very quickly that I was not the first person they had run this SCAM on before. I spoke with an ASHI certified home inspector as well as NADCA (National Association of Air Duct Cleaners) certified businesses and even called the NADCA office. As I suspected, none has ever heard of this process. One said “absolutely no liquids ever” and that they were “scamming us.” The NADCA certified businesses I spoke to agreed that you would not want to put any moisture into the dryer duct as it could make the problem worse as the lint would likely stick to it.
I then called Speed Steam the after the service was performed. Stacey picked up the phone and I asked to speak with the Manager or owner. Stacey claimed to be the Manager. I asked if she knew of this process and what was in the steam/ chemical mix. She said she did not know what was in it, but assured me that it was not unsafe. I’m not sure how she knows that it is unsafe if she does not know what is in it. I told her about my research and that no one appears to have heard of this, let alone perform it. I told her that even if this process was legitimate, an additional $350 for 10-15 minutes of work was a little absurd. I said they needed to make things right by refunding some of my money. She said she would look into it and call me the next day. I was doubtful she would call me based on the experiences of others. When they failed to call me the next day I called them back only to have "Tina," answer the phone. Tina sounded quite similar to Stacy and told me that Stacey would be in around 11:00 the next day. When I called the following day, the call went straight to voicemail. I called at least 3-4 times the same day, and went to voicemail every time. It appears that after only 2 days of seeking resolution they are screening my number and won't pick up. I filed my own complaint with the BBB and after they were unable to contact Speed Steam, they closed the complaint as unresolved.

After finding that my dog urinated all over my couch, first of all I put him outside, and second of all, I called speed steam cleaning. They gave me a really affordable price for the cleaning so I hired them and they were able to extract the urine and few other stains I had and the smell is gone.
