Dinora, the owner has been great to work with and takes her business very seriously. Her company has cleaned Rentals for me many times when our renters move. It is amazing to see the before and after. Her employees are polite and hard workers. I am blessed to have found such a great company that is responsible and does excellent work!

We hired Great Expectations back in December to do a deep clean on our house. Dinora came to our house to do a walk through and talk to use about our needs and what types of products we would prefer they use in the house. She gave us a quote same day and was able to get us on her schedule that same week. The 3 person team showed up promptly first thing in the morning and were there until around 5pm that evening. No surface went untouched and when they left the house was sparkling. The whole process was easy and professional. I am happily recommending their services to friends and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Vanessa and her team did an absolutely incredible job cleaning! They work fast, efficiently, and leave every inch of the space fresh and sparkling. They show up on time, they are professional, very courteous, and follow any details or notes you might have in terms of preferences. I can't recommend them enough. I have used Lopez many times for carpet cleaning and housekeeping services. What made me decide to write this review, is that I most recently used their services to have carpet cleaned for the rental home we were moving out of after living there for 8 years. The carpet looked amazing. After 8 years with a 2 1/2 year old and a mom who wasted coffee in a couple of places, I was a little concerned. But Lopez worked their magic and as a result we are receiving our sizable deposit back. The owner was also amazed at the condition of the carpet and how great of a job they did on the shampoo. I’m very pleased and will definitely continue to hire Lopez for carpet, painting and housekeeping services for my new home, if and when needed.

Was scheduled for a consultation for carpet damage. Was told between 3-4pm. 4:30 rolls by and nobody from this business has contacted me. After calling them asking if I was scheduled, they told me they’d call back. After another 15 minutes they call to say they couldn’t make it.

It is a common courtesy to let people know if you can’t make an appointment.
