I’m one of THOSE people. The ones that have to clean before the cleaners come. How can they concentrate on cleaning the bathroom sink if they have to navigate clutter to get to it? Unfortunately, saying life has been chaotic lately is an understatement, so the first thing that slides is keeping up with putting my shoes away. I’m so thankful to the MoreHands team for always successfully providing my dopamine hit (the days I come home to a clean house and a freshly made bed are the best) and having to do it all by maneuvering around boxes (new purchases requiring assembly to organize the clutter), piles of clothes (I started redoing my closet months ago by taking all the clothes out and then stalled, of course), and the aforementioned sea of shoes. They even make my clutter tidier! One less burden off my gigantic todo list and a mental health booster on top makes utilizing their services worth every penny.

Communicative and always do a great and very thorough job. Switched from our old company a few months ago and I can’t believe we didn’t switch sooner.

In this day and age, who wants to have to call people to ask when their service time is? Everything can be done online, and that’s a must.

I have had More Hands for several years now and then most pleased. They are professional and very courteous. They do a great job after me only asking for them to do it one time.

I’ve used More Hands Maid Service several times now, and every experience has been outstanding. Aracely, Patricia, Marta, Wendy, and Maria are professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They have impressive knowledge of how to properly care for different surfaces, fabrics, carpets, woods, and stone, which gives me total peace of mind.

The team is punctual, thorough, and always goes above and beyond to make my home sparkle. Their communication and coordination with the scheduling office is just as excellent w/ easy scheduling, clear updates, and smooth payments.

Been on their semi-weekly service for several years! That enough should speak for itself. Good quality cleaning and shining, very efficient too. My (notoriously stinky) place always smells good for several days after. I have a ~1,800 sq. ft. condo, and the service is usually done in 1.5-2 hours.
As a cluttered gal, I recommend scooching any present trinkets and/or messes out of the way so the cleaners can really get in there and clean the corners! I am super super impressed with how none of my tiny objects/tools/jewelry/craft items have not been misplaced. And if something does get lost, you can call or text them to help you hunt it down, no pushback or embarrassment! They really are awesome at that.
I also appreciate the time estimates/ETA they provide you on the day of cleaning. I have waited until the very last minute to reschedule my services sometimes, and they are always flexible and forgiving with me. I have witnessed some growing pains with their website and app, and I am happy to say it has been at least two years since I’ve encountered even a minor hiccup with either the client communication or the cleaning itself.
The teams are efficient, and they have learned my idiosyncrasies related to how I like my place to be cleaned without me having to offer much additional direction. Sometimes I use sticky notes to provide direction, they are always well recieved and instructions are always followed (English and Spanish.)
I have some gnarly old senior pets, and never had there been a complaint from the teams or from my pets. My adventurous cat always stays inside, and my anxious dog is unperturbed. I also had a sick bird for a while (sensitive to aerosols/cleaners) and the team respected my persnickety requests to keep certain cleaners away from him. Very considerate and pet friendly company.
The cleaning itself is good enough to keep me coming back every time, rarely have I had an issue with something like bleach splashes, scratched floors (I have real hardwood), broken dishes, sloppily folded towels, etc. If/when accidents happen, they have been generous with providing help or reimbursement in the rare times it is needed. If you feel like something is forgotten or looked over, the team will pay attention to your individual requests for the next cleaning.
This company is awesome at communicating, and has several methods of contact that are easy to use. (I prefer their text system, there are clearly real people behind the screen running things!) They have a well-functioning auto reminder system as well that is not invasive or annoying. I can tell that I am valued as in individual customer.
Highly recommend these folks if you’re out there trying to sift through the dime-per-dozen cleaning services. Especially for regular/repeated use!

I have used More Hands for many years. I trust them completely to clean and care for my home. They are great about scheduling, letting you know when they are on the way, and following individual instructions for my quirks. Most important, they do a fantastic job. They are bonded and insured so I trust them to come when i am at work. If anything breaks - one time my faucet came apart - they told me and sent someone to fix it right away (turned out it wasn't their fault, it had unscrewed very slowly over time and they were the one last touch, but they fixed it immediately). No one is perfect, but if anything is off, they always make it right. I can't recommend them highly enough, and do recommend them to friends and neighbors.
