Most non professional service ever! Never will count on an individual to come clean my home! My bathroom was untouched and dusting did not take place. I guess they thought that my house was not that dirty and could get away barely anything being touched...
Horrible and lost my money for nothing!!!

Very excellent crew the employees came on time and they did a great job I recommend you guys to contact them for you cleaning service they very nice and respectful they made sure every inch of the house was clean and organized

The cleaning lady broke my coffee table and then refused to accept her mistake and instead blamed me. After this happened, she did not even complete her cleaning and just left in the middle stating that her work is done. Horrible professionalism and even worse attitude.

EDIT: The owner is now accusing me of not being their client ever. I used their service September 2022.

need ZERO STARS. I was gifted a deep cleaning as a Christmas gift. Maria said, Discounted to 300. for a 4 bed. 3 1/2 bath, 3500 sq ft. Ok. Did not expect a "deep cleaning"but expected a good cleaning. Team of 3 were done in 50 minutes! Very responsive BEFORE the Cleaning, then No RESPONSE. I was shocked and said, wow, ok; initial glance "looked clean" They did not leave until the money was in their acct.( meanwhile being Very nice, polite). An hour after they left, i texted mary asking her to please call me. The hard wood floors, and the stairs had a residue on them, it wasn't until i wiped with a paper towel did I realize it was not a cleaner BUT residue from a dirty mop!! There were even mop streaks! Floors were partialy cleaned and the dirty residue was left where they did touch. The rooms appeared to be vacuumed with marks, but the vaccum was not really picking up! I had to clean the floors because we were tracking the dirt! Dusting was not even around items, but front surface only! Bathroom floors, kitchen floor(they did not even move the chairs!. Not one room was actually clean. Everything had to be re-done. I gave them the beneifit of the doubt as it was NewYear's eve.I said, ok they were probably tired,(came at 4:10 pm, left at 5PM!), it is a Holiday WE that is why she is not getting back to me.She never did call me.I finally reached her on Tuesday, over 4 days later! She said she had asked me if they did a good job and I had said yes? I requested a 50% refund (150) letting them keep 150.00. Maria said no.She claimed i was happy. They could come back?Absolutely no way. dishonest, and extremely poor work.

Mary, Luna and Connie arrived early this morning to complete a deep clean of my house. My house was rented to a friend for 14 years and it was disgusting. Mary Cleaning Service made the house livable again. They did a phenomenal job!!

We have been using Mary Cleaning Service. Their cleaning staff are well trained and do a superb job cleaning our home. We would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for either a one time deep cleaning or a regularly scheduled service.

She accepted to clean our house for 100 dollars and she made us travel all the way through 40miles from our new house and make us wait for 2 hours and just texted and told I can't do it for 100 dollars. If she would have told me earlier i wouldn't have come this time and I would have booked someother for this task. Completely unprofessional . I don't suggest someone to go with her services because she will dump you middle.

This is my second time using Mary Cleaning service and she another amazing job on my apartment. She exceeded my expectations and I’d like to think that I am very particular about how things should be cleaned. I’d highly recommend her service to anyone.

Believe the reviews and note she changes her number and address to avoid reviews. Every thing that's being said about thus cleaning come has being my experience

Mary came to my appartment to pack my stuff not even cleaning, she didn’t know how to read the sign and parked her car on feature resident and they toed her car. She left her work half way and I took her to get her car out At the end she force me to pay $270 and get her car out and she charged me $150 and she didn’t even finished her work. I will not recommend this lady to no one . Is about customer service, she started screaming at me when she figured out her car been toed, I even took her there nicely and took her car out and she still screaming at me for the money that she didn’t finished. I gave her all and I guess karma will come to her soon. I don’t need this type of service

I scheduled an appointment for 8 AM for my new apartment to be deep cleaned before I move in . I was quoted $165 . I mentioned the apartment is empty and I have no cleaning supplies and I offered to purchase - she declined stating she has her own products. I arrived on time and I PAID CASH UP FRONT BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE FOR WORK . I was assuming the “deep clean” would take a couple hours and I agreed to come back to retrieve my key during my lunch break. Not even an hour later I received a text stating the cleaning was done . I rushed back to meet the cleaning ladies however they were gone and left my key in a discreet location which was appreciated. I texted “thank you but I owe you $5” not to mention I always tip for services but she said she’ll get it next time . I went back to work . After work I came back to inspect and the deep cleaning that was promised was not rendered at all . I am so upset . So many areas left unfocused on and untouched. This is bad business. I reached out and of course this lady said I’m lying and I should appreciate “all the work she did for my home” . I’ll upload pics and videos of this failed deep clean . No STARS ! Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME !!

Mary was phenomenal! We were moving out of apartment and wanted to have it cleaned. Mary was punctual and the price was good! When we came back, the apartment was cleaner than when we originally moved in. Everything looked amazing and she was very sweet and helpful.

Mary and her crew were AMAZING! This is the first time I used someone to clean my house and was really nervous about it. I did a lot of research on services and came across Mary. Her other positive customer reviews are spot on. They went over and beyond and I can’t be happier with them. Definitely using her on a regular basis. Mary, thank you so much for your hard work!

I have been using this service for the past three months with cleaning taking place every other week. Mary and her team are always so friendly and professional! They are always clean thoroughly and are quick to adjust to any schedule changes. It is always a pleasure working with Mary and I am always left satisfied with the work that is done on my house. I definitely recommend using this cleaning service!

I started using Mary for my Airbnb business and all went fairly well (even though I was price gouged at every opportunity). Her service was pretty good, but when it came to the small details, instructions to follow, there were always issue. Communication wasnt great when it came to cleaning and I consistently had to complete her job when something wasnt swept right, sheets weren't out away etc. Then to top it off, she never completed her last cleaning with me or even bothered to make up for a cleaning, took the money I paid her upfront and haven't heard from her since. Just don't bother with her service, you'll regret it.

I googled and found their contact number. Reliable, on time , reasonable price , clean well , someone and / or group of people that I can continue doing business with in the future. This business is a scam, book at your own risk! We had an appointment for house cleaning and she was a no show after taking my deposit. Mary said she would transfer my money back but to this day has not transferred my money back. She initially said she was driving and would transfer my money back, this happened on 9/23 and I am yet to get my money back
