Awesome pool company! So incredibly attentive to our pool. Clean both in the pool and around the pool! We were having issues with chemicals flying in the wind, but not with this company! Had a unit contaminated with bio and putrefaction odors that I needed remediated quickly. Justine came out the same evening, putting her night on hold to come and give an estimate. Her team was on site the next day. She and her team did an incredible job in a very compressed timeframe and I recommend them whole heartedly.

Contacted them to clean and sanitize a two-bedroom apartment that had been neglected for half a year. Not only did they leave it spotless, but they actually organized and decorated it. Just fantastic work, plus very easy to communicate with. Hopefully will never need this service in the future, but would absolutely use them again if necessary.

This team was so unbelievably kind. We had them come in to help clean a room of a loved one who passed and they were both so diligent and also offered so much care. They worked tirelessly to clean the room, returned loose change/money they found, and made sure to preserve things that we wanted to keep. We felt so grateful to have them in a moment of such sadness and overwhelm.

I had medical issues that prevented me from maintaining the cleanliness of my bedroom over the past year leading it to become filthy and made it to where I could not access the bedroom. My medical conditions made cleaning the room an impossible task at this point, and my apartment would have charged me an arm and a leg, but I'm already down two legs! After contact last week they were here today (Monday) and managed to give me my room back and even helped me rearrange the room to be more accessible for my wheelchair. They also hit up my bathroom and even took care of a few things in the kitchen and getting laundry started, far more than I could have hoped for. Best part is I got to keep my arms! 🤣 The quoted price was definitely fair and reasonable, and worth every penny. They were quick, efficient and even got my stuff put back in the room for easy access.

I'm in the process of clearing out stuff accumulated over 30 years. A team from Steri-Clean, Neil Heidi, and Maria, over 2 separate trips from Houston, got my place cleaned up and organized. They did two messy bedrooms and a bathroom in 1 day. The place looks wonderful! And Neil even put together a bookcase.

AMAZING!! They did so good with our truck that reeked of Tobacco smoke. We had our truck professionally cleaned three times prior to coming to Steri clean and could not get rid of the smoke smell. Steri clean had our truck for 24 hours and was able to get rid of the smell. From the moment I reached out I was given great customer service and they went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

If you want outstanding assistance when going through an almost impossible situation you NEED this team. Justine, Neil, Kim, Mama, Ken and all the others who came were exceptional. I thought I was prepared but I wasn't. They were truly caring and supportive. They went way above just doing the job. They took care of my family too.

Miss Justine was so caring and non judgmental that she eased my daughter’s anxiety over the state of her apartment. The process seemed from a distance (I live in the mid-west, daughter in Houston) seamless. In 2 days her apartment was set to right and a huge sigh of relief on my part. It opened a whole new life for my daughter, her apartment now a space of safety and cleanliness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for lifting this burden from the both of us.

It was apparent during my first conversation with Steri-Clean that their service quality was significantly better compared to a host of other providers - one actually lied to us about when the work would start - it was like a switch and bait on the day of service. We kicked them to the curb and were so lucky that we did because Steri-Clean went above and beyond our expectations and resolved every concern - not just biohazard but a hoarding situation that we were not prepared for.

I had hoped that Steri-Clean would be able to clean a family member's house that was in really bad shape, but it was so bad that I just wasn't sure. Pleased to say that they far exceeded my
expectations! The house went from uninhabitable to clean and liveable in just one day. Justine, Ken, and their technicians were professional, friendly, and definitely experts in deep cleaning. They kept us informed throughout the process and let us know when problems arose. They also hauled away items that were damaged or unsanitary including large pieces of furniture. I cannot recommend Steri-Clean enough for deep cleaning; they also specialize in dealing with hoarding situations. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We hired Steri-Clean in Houston to clean up a townhouse which was cluttered with hoarding junk and had been vacant but occupied by rats for several years. They were one of the most professional, competent, hard-working, and friendly crew I have encountered in quite some time.
