James was on time (which is hard to come by these days) professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my carpet. I have 2 fur babies in my home and I was very satisfied with the services I received. My carpet is clean and smells so fresh....I will be using his company again. He is now my new carpet guy.
I have to have a guy for everything and now I found a new carpet guy better than the one I use to have after purchasing my new home.

James was my #Choice amongst 2 other companies for one major reason - great communication and customer service. Yes he has great pricing but whether we communicated via text or on the phone you can tell James was intergral and the kind of person you feel comfortable being in your home. He showed up 5 minutes early all masked up and in and out in under 2 hours leaving behind a carpet that looked as good as the day we moved in. He was courteous, friendly, and respectful. He is out carpet guy going forward.
P.S. He didn't even have to park in our driveway.

The communication was great. They answered all the questions I asked. (I had quite alot). And the pricing was fair.
My aunt mentioned to me that the staff was very detailed and thorough with the cleaning, and very friendly. She was extremely happy. My aunt is not easily impressed. She said she's asked for Bi-weekly Cleaning. I'm glad I was able to find her an easy solution but very happy that Christingem was there to help. I definitely recommend their service".
