I hired Trushine to clean my gutters for two years in a row now. They are excellent! Very professional, punctual and through.

Harold and Marc were great. They called to say they were running a little late which was so thoughtful. They did a wonderful job cleaning the windows—we have TruShine on contract now.

Had a rush job and needed it done quick. Jim and Juan came to my rescue with excellent work and 100% complete satisfaction. Im using this company form now on for all of my glass cleaning needs and hope that Jim and Juan are the ones that always show up. 5 out of 5

It's been a while since I left a positive review for this kind of a service so I was pleasantly surprised. Very quick and professional service. I called on Monday to get a quote for gutters cleaning and a guard install, we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and got it all done on Wednesday. Both Felipe who did the quote and Juan Carlos Suazo who did the job for us were polite and professional. Kudos to Juan Carlos for double checking with me on some nuances of the job and taking extra pictures as I asked. Small details like cleaning the leaves from the front yard that fell during the cleaning were especially nice. And the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Professional and did a thorough job.
I’m still waiting for repair estimates/gutter replacement costs we discussed.

Trushine had great customer service and came back when I raised some concerns. They alleviate one issue and showed me why my other issue was an issue with the film on the window and not a cleaning issue. They even cleaned two windows that another contractor had gotten dirty in between appointments. I would recommend TruShine to others.

Beautiful job. It was funny. I went into my bedroom (3 big windows) admired the clear view, but then thought- they forgot to put the screens back on (bottom of windows). So I went looking for them. Eventually realized that they WERE on the window, just both the windows and screens were SO clean. Great job.

Elias was very friendly and answered all my question. I didn't get a chance to talk to Juan Carlos, but he gave me a big smile and wave at one point. I recommend this company.

The work they did is excellent. They also are making us new screens as I added that service while they were here. There were a couple of very minor service issues , but the owner is already addressing those.

I seldom write reviews, but I am very excited to share my phenomenal experience with Trushine regarding their window screen repair/replacement division. I had 5 screens that had not been changed in over 20 years. The frames were bent and the screens unravelling. I elected to take my screens to their location and to pick them up once completed. They tried to salvage the frames. However being so old I knew it was probably impossible and turns out it was. But they tried!!! I was not in a rush and told them this, so once they were completed, I picked them up. They fit perfectly! They are beautiful! I am so happy that I found them! I highly recommend them for this service. I understand they are equally as exceptional with window cleaning so I will be giving them a try before the summer ends. Also, Serena is a joy to work with. Well, this is my honest review. I highly recommend.

I was having a great experience with the for the past 6 months, however all of a sudden they stopped cleaning. They are not cleaning my exterior windows anymore because its too big for the price thats on the 1 year contract. On the contract it specifically stated exterior windows. In addition, they have provided service prior honoring that will be uploaded pics from my exterior cameras. I have requested to speak with Mr. Khallili their owner however they have declined. New and old customers careful when you do business with them as they will break the contract. I am open to having conversation to resolve this issue: honor the contract for all my exterior windows.

My windows are sparkling! Very professional company, arrived on time, technicians were and polite and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend this company as this is the second time I have used them and plan on continuing to.

These guys are great. This is a two story house and the upper level is difficult inclusive of a plugged up two story downspout. I have had Juan and Romario come twice, they did an excellent job both times, very fast, efficient with a great cleanup of the debris leaving the area spotless.
Highly recommended.

Answered my questions, was knowledgeable, and was courteous as well. I am shocked to see great customer service like this and am excited for the job they complete soon.

Carlos Suazo just finished our home gutter cleaning. What an awesome job. Very affordable, very professional, went above and beyond what most contractors would do. Cleaned up the very full gutters, rinsed them out, cleaned up the debris blown out and bagged it up. The roof looks awesome as well. He cleaned off the debris on the roof that was going to drain into the gutters! Put my hose up, clean the driveway, etc. better than it was when he got here! Took the time to recommend his findings and the quote I had received. I’m a very satisfied customer and will be returning to this company for other services as well and gutter replacement. I hope to work with Carlos again. Thank you, thank you thank you, Carlos! Highly recommend this company. I have not experienced this high level of customer service in a long time. My new go to Company and so affordable.

This company is a disaster. From the time that I called and requested, they were very prompt at replying through text message with multiple text messages. However, after I did not receive any notification or information from them for two days, I called back and the girl couldn’t even find where I had called in. I gave her the number that the text messages came from to which she did not recognize and so she wanted to start the process over again and I said no thank you and hung up.

They called me back and said listen. We’re sorry that happened but we can get you in. Will you please give us another chance so yes I gave them another chance. It seemed OK initially. The guy came out. He gave me a quote he saw that it was a construction zone. The windows had been protected, but there was film on the windows. My daughter was present when I said we just need to film off we need everything cleaned and looked nice and he said yes well we may have to use the blade in some areas, but it looks good. It was marked on the paper and the paper gave me a price. I agreed for the price but what they are telling me is that there was a computer glitch so when the guy got here he wanted to charge me exponentially more to clean these already clean windows, cause he would have to pull out a blade and get a little glue off of the window.

They did not stand behind their contract. They said they would rather pull out of the job, then do the job even though they knew the error was on their

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their contracts and are highly unorganized because they depend on a computer in text message instead of talking to their customers.
