Really just above and beyond. I am so thankful for their work! They clearly have so much care for everything they do. It is so easy to text the office staff to ask questions or make changes. They are so responsive and easily adjust to my feedback or requests.

For what should have been deep cleaning, my family room has plenty of dust behind my couch and the floor was being mopped before it had been swept! I realize they were working towards a four hour window more than ensuring a complete job! I do not recommend their DEEP CLEAN Service for the price! No Robert I can not leave a review! Your ppl did a horrible job! One of them even stole from me! It's BEST for me not to leave you a review, or it will most certainly do your company more harm than good! $450 later and I know it could have been done better, but the two ladies that showed up at my house could not have been your best! So if you insist I will put in my review on how horrible the cleaning was and one of the ladies took something that didn't belong to her!

I have been using this maid service for more than five years. They are flexible and easy to schedule and reschedule if necessary. The cleaning job is always great and the employees always friendly.

They did a fantastic job with our move out cleaning! We had lived in the same place for seven years, so it definitely needed a deep clean. They did a wonderful job.

I hired Maid Brigade in April, 2019, after firing a number of other cleaners in fairly quick succession. They have been very good at cleaning our house, and so I am relieved not to have considered new options in the last six years. Major attributes are the cleaning service itself, client communication, and accommodation. They clean our house every two weeks.
The cleaning teams are not perfect, but the coordinators respond well to my concerns about lapses. They have great systems for reminders and notifications, which I particularly appreciate. They have good oversight for spot-checking work.
To provide greater context, it should be noted that our house has many particular details which they must clean: Hardwood floors, polished granite floors, two flights of stairs, multiple countertops and bookshelves, and louvre shutters on every window. We also have multiple cats, whose seasonal sheds can be extraordinary. My wife and I largely work from home, so we appreciate their sensitivity to our needs for privacy and occasional adjustment in their cleaning patterns.

The teams that clean are always efficient and thorough. I book a different day each month due to my work schedule and Maid Brigade has been very good about accommodating my preferences. Would definitely recommend!

Maid Brigade did an amazing job getting our house clean. The team that showed up were true professionals. I truly enjoyed the service and am grateful for their amazing attention to detail.

Definitely would not recommend did a terrible job on a new construction that was practically clean we just needed that fresh feeling. Not only did we not get that we were charged extra for a third cleaner which boosted our bill $150 more at first we were quoted 230 but 10 minutes later I get a call back that a third cleaner was there. And that it would be another $50 an hour little did they know our dog bowls have cameras on them that show the third lady sitting at our table while the other 2 work. Do your self a favor and call someone else. Lucky for this company we’re not Karen’s so we just paid we don’t ruin our days worrying. But I would never ever recommend . Also don’t pay cash they say the charge you the fee but trust me it’s worth it because then you could dispute it for the terrible job they do.

The team at Maid Brigade did a great job cleaning my new house. Their move-in service was excellent, they cleaned inside all cabinets, they cleaned all the shelves in pantry and closets too.

Very good job done. Remember it’s based on time and the given amount of time you authorize may not include everything like frig not pulled out and some kitchen drawers not cleaned. Overall a good job in a very greasy and dirty condo.

We have been using Maid Brigaid for several years now - twice a month. We have the same team each visit and they know our house and our dog. Always pleasant and on time. My husband and I love how the house feels when they leave! Office is super helpful for extra days or revising days for vacation or holidays. Automatic payment online so scrambling for cash or checks. Quality service at a good price. We highly recommend!!

Maid Brigade is awesome. I’ve used them for 2 move out cleanings. The first time my landlord wasn’t fully happy with the results (looked great to me), and they sent a crew out within a day to address her concerns.
On my more recent move out, they were able to send a crew on short notice- I got lucky that a crew was willing to pick up my job, and I liked that the coordinator didn’t say yes until after she checked if the crew wanted to do it. Time to accept that I’m too old and tired to clean an apartment top to bottom after moving all my stuff out. It’s way better to let Maid Brigade do it and focus on setting up my new home.

I’ve been using Maid Brigade for about 2 months now. We are very happy with their services. I’ve used several mediocre cleaning companies in the past and they pale in comparison to MB! The ladies are quick and very thorough. My house feels and smells clean every time. Additionally, the front office is very responsive and cares about my satisfaction. They listen to my requests. Great company!

The staff was friendly, however, I’m not 100% satisfied with the end result…I think I expected more than what I got. I asked for a move in deep clean (specifically the baseboards and windowsills etc). The team missed portions of the baseboard and didn’t even wipe down the inside of the drawers first time. They did came back after I called them and cleaned the kitchen well, but the baseboards were still dirty. Not sure if they’re not equipped to handle this, or if I misinterpreted what a deep clean for a move in was…but I assumed a cleaning service would have taken care of this considering the service was about $480. The house isn’t new, but I expected to see clean baseboards and not food stains and dusty corners after cleaners came by. They did do a wonderful job on the light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms. Other than the baseboards, they’re a good service.
