Honestly I feel like the reviews left are used as click bait! Or I must of gotten a clean by the worst possible maid! I gave this company 2 tried and both times it was a failure, after several notes and feedback they failed to make me feel valued and not heard! Would not recommend not one bit

This review is long overdue. I’ve used Detail Cleaning for more than three years now. I’d say for the most part, I’ve had a great experience. Shout out to Lileana and Andrea - they’re fantastic. Kathrine and Natalia have been by once and they were memorable as well.
Communication is good with the front office. I’ve never had trouble reaching them or making adjustments.

First time using them and they did a great job. We had been with another company and weren’t happy with the level of care lately. Deciding to look for someone new and very glad I did. Rates are fair and in line with competitors. Looking forward to continuing to use their services!

Things were great for a while. Then simultaneously I received notification that rates were increasing, and our regular technician was reassigned. Mind you prior to requesting a regular technician it was a constant rotation of someone new every week and subsequent phone calls with questions that should have been clearly answered in my online file. Once we were assigned a regular tech, this ended for a while. Unfortunately once she left us, things took a turn for the worse. For multiple weeks in a row I was disappointed. It started small - things left untouched, sheets on a bed missed. On my second to last cleaning I had laid out a full sheet set for the master and for some unknown reason, only the top sheet was changed and then the sheets didn’t even match. The flat she was left sitting right there. On the last cleaning (last week), my family came home from work and school wondering what smelled so terrible in the kitchen. It took me about 20 minutes to realize that it was EVERYTHING - everything smelled like a wet dog. My appliances, my countertops, and even my backsplash had been wiped with what I assume was the same, dirty rag. And NOWHERE IN MY HOUSE SMELLS LIKE DOG so I am very concerned with where that rag was previously used. I spent the next hour cleaning the entire kitchen 2 times to completely remove the smell. I have since cancelled my service. It’s too expensive to deal with this.

Alejandra did an excellent job cleaning my home. I didn't have to give her any instructions and she got the job done. She saved my life today, I was so overwhelmed and now I can relax a little. This company does Great work

We switched over from another service and I couldn’t be happier - easy to work with, exceptionally thorough, lovely staff, and a wonderful clean. AMAZING customer service, too. Our water went out one day due to neighborhood plumbing updates and they rescheduled mid-clean and came back the next working day, free of charge, to finish the job.
