I recently had a great experience with my AC unit installation, thanks to Jaime, Freddie, and another knowledgeable guy who did an outstanding job. They finished ahead of schedule and even showed me how to clean the coil, which was really helpful. The team was super professional, humble, and courteous - a credit to the company! I'm baffled by the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company. We recently moved into our brand new home just five months ago, and over the past three weeks, we've been stuck with an uncomfortably chilly temperature of 81 degrees. Two technicians have visited us, claiming they couldn't find any issues with our AC unit - but both times, one of them discreetly told me it might not be large enough to support my house's size. Multiple people and other AC companies have corroborated this assessment, including a 2-ton unit being insufficient for my home. It takes an eternity to get another technician to come out. As a parent of three, including a baby, I'm appalled that our living space is so inconsistent - who wants to sleep in a house that's too cold? Our neighbors have also shared their own struggles with the company. It's clear they're not equipped to handle even basic AC maintenance, and it's laughable that they're getting such glowing reviews.
