It was incredible work they had done to our house. We were strangling to find good company who can able to fix our coil system. They are amazing finished work fast and also they are so nice and clean. They vacuum all around the AC area and set up our AC before they leave. Very good and affordable price. Trustworthy people. Thanks to them our AC working very well now. Definitely recommended.

I am a real estate investor-
After a horrible experience with another ac company I was recommended to Markor. During my initial consultation I was impressed with Muddassir’s knowledge about how to get my AC system to blow efficiently in the entire home. During the consultation He literally climbed in the attic to view all the ac parts and evaluate the location of the ducts and then explained to me in terms I could understand what needed to be done. He even installed my new AC Alexa thermostats. Since he has done work I have not had a single complaint from any of my tenants. I ended up needing an additional unit as the current tonnage of the existing AC wasn’t enough.

Muddassir is EXCEPTIONALLY professional. He was calling me! He always kept me updated on manufacturer part availability and gave me options if a certain brand wasn’t in stock. As with many contractors you have to hunt and chase them or they just flake also you don’t always know if the parts are new. For me Markor picked up supplies same day as he did the work so I know they are new.

Added bonus that he’s also hands on and INSURED. Even though he is an engineer he is very active on the projects and ensures it will be done correctly. He actually reminded me that they needed to check on some unresolved duct work and fixed it for free!
