zero stars would not be enough. They are a rip off

We used Fidelity Home Warranty. R & B Mechanical worked on our A/C today. They did the best service on the same day. Very honest and reliable people. Highly Recommended !

R&B has been to the house a couple of times to work on the AC, the techs are friendly and professional. Another company tried to upsell me to a new AC system ($5000), after replacing a fuse. R&B explained the issue and assured me that my system was just fine. They will get my call every time from now on. Highly recommended.

We have a Fidelity home Warranty. R&B was the second company that was sent out and they blew the other guys out of the water.

Charlie listened and did his best to diagnose an intermittent failure with our AC that the last company couldn't figure out on 3 different service calls. After one service call to our address ,he was able to identify a potential source of the problem and got a replacement part within a day. Now our AC is working properly and the problem has disappeared.
Very impressed and highly recommend.

They are the best. 2 other companies came out (that the home warranty sent out), one said the project was beyond their knowledge, and the other wanted 4x the cost. I asked the home warranty company to let me use R&B or I would cancel. R&B has serviced both our current home and previous home. The have over 30 years of experience, do a great job are very prompt and polite. A rarity in today's service industry. Will recommend them for life!

Nathan was great to work with. Had him order and install two soft start kits for my AC units. He was communicative and checked the equipment prior to coming out which has good as one of the items didn't work. I really appreciate that since he tested everything he didn't waste my time and the install went smooth and quick.

These guys are rip off artists. There slow and overcharge for evrything.

Very professional and found the issue with our AC very quickly. Communication was perfect and our AC was repaired the next day, no issues.

The owner, Al is one of the most knowledgeable AC guys I know. Their maybe cheaper guys in town but none that will give you this level of service. Great guys!

Took the money and left. My Warranty company had to call another company, which in comparison did the thorough inspection, took pictures and got a complete report.

The customer service is.... almost to non-existence.
