Reliance Air was recommended to us by neighbors who had used them for both personal and business HVAC needs and were very pleased. We could not have been happier with the service and work performed. The scope of work was clearly explained and questions answered. It gives us great peace of mind to know that someone reputable is looking after our equipment.

Reliance Air just replaced my whole system. I had told him that I needed a replacement, but he still came in and tried to see if we could save the old one. Alas, it was too far gone. They were able to replace it and were very easy to work with. They even cleaned up all of the insulation bits from my attic. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that has such integrity and authenticity. They made sure my warranty papers were sent to me and will come and check the system annually so that it lasts as long as possible. Thanks Aldo & Liz!

Aldo has been helping us for several years now. His work ethic is old school…hardworking and honest. He expects the exact same from his employees. Aldo called me on the same day I left a message. He had Rueben come out the same afternoon to diagnose the AC problem. Rueben said the Evaporator coil would have to be replaced.
We scheduled the service for 2 business days later. They had to disconnect the bad coil and drive to Conroe and pick up the warranty coil. They got back in the afternoon and worked till 6:oo pm. The job was completed and everything went great.

They communicate very well, very responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and great to work with!

What I appreciated most about my experience with Reliance was their genuine honesty and the willingness to help me. They didn't try to sell me anything more then what I really needed. They focused on fixing exactly what the problem was. I can hear the honesty and sincererity of the owner even through the phone. Ruben who was the technician who fixed the AC problem was patient and knew what he was doing. I already told the owner I will reach out to him once I'm ready to replace the whole unit.This was one of the best experience I've had in a long time with a company. We were way overdue for a new HVAC and we did our due diligence to find a reasonable company to set up and install. I narrowed it done to Reliance Air due to price and their ability to work around my schedule. I have not been around a lot of AC Techs but these folks were very professional and there was a lot of prep and testing going which made me feel like had real pros installing my new unit. When they were done I was happy knowing the job was done right. I would highly recommend Reliance Air.

Aldo at Reliance Air LLC is great. Highly recommend him. Found him after American Home Shield’s contractor tried to scam me out of extra money. Canceled AHS because of the scam and the lack of accountability. Aldo is honest, quick to respond and the cost for a whole new AC and Furnace was less.
