My ac unit had stopped working and my Home Warranty company denied my claim over a warranty clause. Now I had to find a company to fix my ac and pay an out of pocket cost. I called TemperaturePro Katy-Cypress on Monday afternoon (8/12/24) and they dispatched a technician to my home Tuesday morning (8/13/24). The technician Garret was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He educated me on my system and how it works and was happy to answer all my questions. After a thorough diagnosis, he replaced the part that was faulty and had my ac up and running again. I am absolutely satisfied with the fast, accurate, and positive service I received.

Austin and Jamel did a great job at diagnosing my upstairs unit a/c issue. They were very thorough in identifying what was needed and double checking their diagnosis. My system warranty was up about one month ago and they did not try to sell me any new parts (in spite of the fact that my system warranties were up on both of my units about one month earlier) and checked both thermostats as I have an upstairs and downstairs unit. I highly recommend both of these technicians at Temperature Pro!

Last week, my AC was acting up and not cooling the way it used to. We called Temperature Pro and got a quick response from Garrett. He came out the same day to check it out for us. Turns out the whole unit was bad. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He gave us options on what we could do, moving forward. There was no sales gimmick, no BS, no pressure. Communication and transparency was top notch. And I really appreciated that. He came out the next day with Austin to install our unit. They professionally explained what they were doing step by step which put us at ease. Their work ethic and customer service was worth a million stars! From start to finish, both Garrett and Austin were courteous and answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns. I have never been more satisfied with a company in my life! These gentlemen were very knowledgeable and are definitely a great asset to Temperature Pro! They got everything working so quickly and promptly that we only had to spend one night without AC! My HVAC system had stop working over the weekend so I called multiple companies to come out and give me an estimate to repair. I ended up needing a new condenser and went with Temperature Pro. The quote was reasonable compared to others and they made sure to explained all the options and details with me. As soon as I signed they were replaced my condenser the next day and were very professional. They made sure to where foot covers and covered the areas that they were walking in my house. They also texted me with the installers name prior to them arriving. They were very fast and efficient so now my AC is back on for my kids.
