I had my AC compressor replaced. Hussain showed up on time and managed to squeeze my service within his schedule in line with my availability. He completed the warranty paperwork next day and finished up the job. Was great service, on time and great on value on the pricing.

Hussein came to our home today and showed up early! He was so professional and kind. He was very thorough in his evaluation and made sure he understood the issue before breaking every down where we understood what was wrong. He took it upon himself to check warranties and did everything within his power to make the process as comfortable for us as possible. I could not recommend this company more! With all the scam artists out there and people acting like they know what they’re doing just to make a dime - it was beyond refreshing to have someone come into your home that you can trust and make everything better! I contacted Hussain for a second opinion to troubleshoot the heat furnace. First, he responded very promptly to my call and answered all questions I had. He squeezed his schedule to get to inspect the unit and figured out the exact defective parts needed to be replaced. He got all parts needed from different places of town due to supply limitations from different dealers and fixed the issue right the next day when outside temperature was low and heat was pretty much needed. Hussain is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. His overall prices were very reasonable - simply because he is able to diagnose the defective parts and repair them rather than doing the job with trial and error. I would definitely use his service again if I needed to, and highly recommend him.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Hussein was honest, professional, and very informative! He provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable and he delivered quality work. He fixed the issues with my ac unit and did not try to charge me crazy prices, he was fair and honest and that is something to truly truly appreciate these days!

We had a great experience with Texas Eagle. Our AC was not blowing cold air. Hussein diagnosed it as a leak in the condenser unit.

He used two different instruments to detect the leak to be certain. He made sure we understood where the leak was and why it could not be soldered and a replacement was required. He explained why the compressor should also be replaced.

The price he quoted was very reasonable for a Carrier unit. It was at least 30% lower than the next best quote we had.

The installation was on time and swift. He made sure there were no more leaks after the installation and performed a series of diagnostic tests to make sure the new unit was performing optimally.

Additionally, he fixed a big problem with our evaporator coil that would have cost us a lot in the near future if it was not fixed. He did not even charge us extra to fix this problem even though he spent 2-3 hours working on the fix.

The best part about this experience with Texas Eagle and Hussein is that we just know we can trust the work. We feel grateful to have found an honest and competent company for our AC needs. After this experience, we are sure we will be calling Hussein at Texas Eagle whenever we have a problem with our AC in the future.

We brought another technician who’s estimate was 10266$. Hussein tackled the problem and solved it in one hour for less than 500$. Using a sealant and frion. Now my ac is so cold I had to turn off the ac unit.

Great, friendly, and, importantly, transparent service! As other reviews have said, Hussein was communicative and easy to work with. He arrived within 10 minutes of the expected time and worked efficiently and thoroughly, so I was able to quickly move on with my day, knowing that my A/C unit was taken care of.
Update: Justin took care of the replacement part I needed and explained everything to me very well. He also troubleshooted the issues I was having with loud airflow to come up with immediate improvements and suggestions for further solutions in the future. I appreciate the great service!

Last week I had the most seamless and honest service appointment one could hope for. I called and was able to get scheduled for a time and day that was convenient to provide a quote for hvac air duct cleaning and also a diagnostic on my AC unit (a second opinion from another service provider). Hussein came to my house for the visit. What I appreciated was his transparency and patience in explaining to me (1) that I wasn't due for duct cleaning based on his observations and the age of my home, and (2) that I didn't need the $500 service that was recommended by the other company.

Additionally I the diagnostic appointment was much less than others quoted. This is the type of business I appreciate and prefer to spend money with.
