Damian and Ricky were very polite and respectful. I wouldve never knew about all the extra benefits of my hvac system if they wouldn't have informed me. These men are very knowledgeable. Also the scheduling ladies were so nice! GO SA SPECIALTIES!

SA Specialties had me heated due to a mistake by the sales rep involving their promotion and me trusting him BUT Mr Brian and Jordan helped cool me off. Not gonna lie, initially their young ages made me question their experience but it didn't take long to trust they had it handled. So far, I couldn't recommend a better company! Thanks and I hope you pay those guys well, they deserve it.

Just had whole HVAC system replaced. Brian Craig and his helper did a great job. He explained everything while going thru detail to make sure I knew how everything worked. They were punctual and also cleaned up before they left. Would recommend

Our old system quit on a weekend. On Monday morning, I called SA Specialties and talked to their triage person who was kind and courteous. She said someone would be at my house within 2 hours. Within 2 hours, a Mr. Keith Hoppe rang our doorbell. Keith was very knowledgeable and knew what system would be best for our needs. We agreed at a good price and the lead time was 3 days. With our system being dead, we were both disappointed. Keith said that he'd request for their dispatcher to review their installation schedule and see if there was a less important job that could be delayed for our highly important replacement. Early Tuesday morning, Keith called and said our install would be on Tuesday. We were ecstatic!
Cody and Bear were here Tuesday and they installed the complete system in one day. By 8 PM, the unit was cooling. Our install was a bit challenging due to the width of our attic stairs but they knew what to do. The dedication of these two guys was superb. The install is very professional.

Cannot say enough good things about Josh and his team. We've been using SA Specialties since we bought our 4200 ft² home in 2002. They've installed four units for us now, most recently in 2024 and 2022. Needless to say these things do not last like they used to. Their 10/10/10 warranty on parts, labor, with two service visits per year included is unrivaled. With the new unit, we had them replace 20 ducts, two plenums, and add an air scrubber. No one came close to their price, as usual. Each time I use them I shop around and come out find a better deal. On top of that, their technicians are punctual, clean and courteous.

SA Specialties replaced both our flooded units after H Harvey . We discovered that they also have an excellently priced service contract. We pay for 2 services a year and it's $300. Total.
Today Damion was our technician. He's very thorough and incredibly respectful of our property. We called 2 days ago and he came the next day. With a courtesy call from the office to let me know he was on his way, always timely within the 2 hour service window.
SA get busy at this time of year for obvious reasons but in the last 9 years, they have always managed excellent service and quick turnaround.

I can't say enough good things about SA Specialties, Houston, and especially Damian, our HVAC technician. After being told by another highly rated company that we needed a new control board (a $2,000+ fix), Damian came in and took the time to thoroughly re-diagnose the issue. It turned out the real problem was just a faulty thermostat—a simple $40 replacement.

Thanks to Damian’s sharp eye and honest approach, we avoided unnecessary repairs and saved a significant amount of money. His professionalism, courtesy, and technical skill were outstanding. From now on, I won’t trust anyone else with our HVAC needs. If you’re calling SA Specialties, ask for Damian by name—you won’t be disappointed.

I had a problem with my AC thermostat. Ricky is the technician who’s been sent to me. He is very nice, polite, good mannered, professional, and very knowledgeable. He not only solved the problem in a very short period of time, he also did a very thorough checkups. I just wanted to thank him for doing such a good job! Thank you, Ricky!

The technician Ricky came out arrived ON TIME and very respectful to my home. He also provided 5 star service with his knowledge and experience on my HVAC system. SA installed my new system 10 years ago. Keep up the good work.

We really like this company. One of our AC units went out, and we were able to get a technician out to the house relatively quickly. We received a very fair estimate to replace the unit. And while the tech was there, he even checked our second unit. I definitely recommend. We ultimately used a different provider for our new unit. But we’ve worked with them before to replace a unit and we were very happy with the work.

Corey conducted our winter checks on our 4 units. He took his time and wrote up all of the units and did a review of what he did.

Got an amazing deal with Blake Crites. The installers were super professional and showed me through the whole system without even having to ask. They were done quicker than expected because they came prepared with a great team. I’ll recommend this company to everyone

I called on a Saturday and was booked for Monday, Blake called and actually showed up on a Sunday and was very informative and set us up to replace entire unit on Monday, Techs showed up bright and early and went to work replaced the unit offered suggestions on improving system, we added on some additions, guys showed up Tuesday and completed the service. Top Quality. Well, by Wednesday evening the unit stop cooling, gave them a call guys came straight out and worked until after 8pm and got the system “fixed”, well same thing happened on Thursday evening, guy came out around 5 and worked until 8, he left still not sure of the problem, I was upset!! then at 9:30pm, the head guy in charge of everything showed up, JOSH, he worked until about 10:30 pm, got the system working and found out the problem, ordered replacement part and the guys showed up Friday morning and did what had to be done. And my home have been an ice box since. And being in Houston in the summer time, I love it!!! Blake and Josh followed up with me in the days after to make sure we were good. So I want to say thanks to Blake, Josh, Jeremy and the entire team who worked hours in my hot attic and didn’t stop until the job was complete. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great response from initial call scheduling quote on replacing our 17yr old system with Chris thru easy 18mo 0pct financing on the best overall package after working thru 5 other AC companies quotes. Looking forward to the next 10yrs, every 6 months maintenance included, with SA as the installation crews level of Professional installation all in one day was impressive to witness, very tidy-cleaned up leaving no trace, Thanks again!!

It’s all about the small details. My installer was Jordan. He and his helper paid close attention to detail! Example: When connecting the copper lines, he didn’t solder in a bunch of ugly elbows, he custom bent a pipe that had beautiful bends and looked great! Wiring was the same way. The attic install is the same way. It wasn’t just an insulation that functions great, it looks great too! This is the second house that SA Specialties has replaced the AC/heating units for me. The first, 7 years ago, has been running flawlessly and I’m quite sure this one will too. And since it cools so good it doesn’t run much so maybe it will last that many more years! :) Great company and I do feel sure about my opinions because I worked on A/C units in my younger days.

Had a great experience with SA Specialties. Our salesperson was Josh. Not pushy & high pressure. Told us what we needed & what kind of deal we could get. Didn't try to upsell & took great care of us.
Our install team came the next day & installed system. Craig, Jordan, Cory & Jack showed up on time & got to work. Did a great job. Ran into a little glitch but didn't leave us hanging. Cory & Jack went to get an electrical part & stayed until finished. Picked up all the trash & everything looks great. Couldn't be happier with the entire job from start to finish. Thanks All!! Corey just left and he was kind and very knowledgeable he also spoke with me about some new air ducts that we're going to have installed next year and he explained everything so I could understand it. He's a good guy thanks for hiring him.
