Amazing service, repaired my a/c with promise to come back if it did not work. It is now 9:30pm and he is here fixing the problem. Highly recommended, great customer service and reasonable priced.

My Husky chewed through my thermostat wire and these guys showed up and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. This was my second time using their services and I was pleased both times.

Their service is very friendly and helpful. I like to remember in future as quick as I will get problem with my AC. When I called them, they reach to me more quickly than I think but their cost is so reliable. I think they are great.

They quoted me for my AC repair extremely high and suggested I needed a new motor when all I need was a new capacitor. The second estimate was $1000 cheaper so it makes no sense in comparison. Definitely felt like a scam.

They charged me $725 for replacing a/c blower motor and a capacitor thats available in the market for $150 in total. I found that after the fact. When i contacted them they said they charged this much because it was memorial day and nobody works on memorial day, and that it requires working with wires and so needs more attention to detail. Still i dont feel they deserved this much and i was way overcharged. I should have had an individual come and take a look instead of a company and that would be a lot cheaper. Work was good but i am Very disappointed with the pricing and never going back to them again.

Hands down one of the best experiences. Everyone I spoke to from those in the office to the gentleman who did the repair work were very nice! David was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was, because of this he was able to get the parts and make the repairs quickly!

I used this company's service last week and they arrived whithin an hour of my call they have great customer service and are very professional they resolved my issue in a timely manner and are very affordable compared to other quotes I received from two other companies. I am a new Hvac contractor in town and met Roger. I never met him until at the supply shop. While everyone was in a rush to go do a job, he came over to me with my little Jeep filled up with equipment and said “hey we gotta start somewhere”. Roger owner carried himself in a humbling manner and want to say that I’m a pretty good judge of character. Thank you Mr. Roger for the encouragement!

Mr Rodgers is a knowledgeable family friendly business. They were very patient while explaining my options and the staff was very efficient and courteous as they installed my unit. I will recommend Mr Rodgers to anyone who needs ac or heating repairs as they are also reasonably priced.

Called out to inquire for a freon top out on my a/c. The office staff was very courteous, the man came out within the agreed time frame which was about an hour. He made it easy for me to understand what needs to be done and even used a scale for the freon so that we both know exactly how many pounds went into the system. Made helpful recommendations without upselling anything, turns out the man was the owner himself - Mr. Rogers! Highly recommend this business, inasmuch as I would like to support the community I am in.

I chose Mr. Rogers based on the Google reviews. I'll begin by saying their response time was great and no complaints about the customer service. But, I was quoted $350 for a bad capacitor and the tech said that was just for the part, labor was additional. A capacitor for my unit averages $14-$20 bucks from all local part stores...in fact, for any unit it is a pretty cheap part. So maybe he thought I was booboo the fool or assumed it was fair to overcharge because of our location but it is evident they attempted to take advantage of us. I only paid the $50 trip charge and called another local company who fixed it for almost 70% less than Mr. Roger's ridiculous quote! So yeah, nice people but Cypress residents will be overcharged.

A+ all the way. Spent $150 on another company and was told after the technician spent two hours doing nothing that I had to buy a new compressor, of course the guy gave me the number to one of his friends, who would have obviously ripped me off. I called Mr. Rogers and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes for less than $300. The technician was very professional and wasn't trying to upsell me on anything. If I ever need my AC fixed again or have friends in need of repair, they will be the first company I recommend. Thanks again.

Mr. Rogers AC company is the best I had an issue with my AC not working and I called this Company. They have good customer service and the techs are very professional they took care of the problem in a short amount of time and the cost was affordable. I will recommend them to everyone I know thank you Mr. Rogers for your honest and prompt service!

I have now worked with 3 AC companies and gotten quotes from 5. Of these, Mr. Rogers was by far the best experience.

Roger was polite and professional. He presented me with all of my options, gave me all the information and then allowed me to make an unpressured educated decision.

After a free AC system inspection, I hired Roger to replaced my evaporator coil. His work was done quickly and at a lower quoted price (75%) compared to all 5 other companies. I later noticed that my system was leaking Freon. Roger came out and spent an hour, for free, diagnosing the source of the leak (an unrelated location to his work).
I highly recommend Roger.
