I just had my new AC installed yesterday and so far I am very pleased. They arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. My house is now nice and cool and all seems to be working as expected.

March 2025: We ended up using SA Specialities for our HVAC replacement. I can’t say enough positive things about the installation crew. They have a real collaborative relationship from lead installer Brian all the way through the various teams supporting him. I took my time to evaluate several companies and this one kept rising to the top. Crew was prompt and cleaned everything up. It’s an all day job depending on what you’re getting done, so I had the opportunity to interact with 4-5 crew members several times throughout the day. I love my new system and I’m actually excited to use it.

Branch manager Josh even followed up a few days after to check in.

Feb 2025: SA Specialties was recommended by a coworker.

Josh Diamond provided us with a quote in the middle of a cold snap. He took his time explaining 3 tiers of options, financing and made recommendations not captured by other contractors (ex installing return ducts upstairs).

I never felt rushed or pressured. He often had to revisit technical terminology a few times and was always patient with us. Came through, did his measurements, penciled a few things out, and even followed up the next day when he remembered a tax break was available to us because of our upgrade. He’s been in the industry for almost 20 years and it shows.

Regard previous reviews: seems like those were from a few years back. Don’t be dissuaded. Instantly top of my list with values-driven professionalism.

My old A/C unit died. After over 15 yeas of service it was beyond repair. Roger found a replacement unit I could afford and had it installed in a day. There was minimal downtime and the crew was very professional. I highly recommend this company for their quality work at a fair price. Thank you Mr Rogers Heating and Air Conditioning.

They came to check my AC unit, charged a service fee and then said that they are not interested in repairing it!!! By the way they never returned the service fee that was suppose to go toward the repair!!!!

It is nice to say that we have a lovely A/C repair center like Mr.Rogers A/C repair center.All the worker of this organization is very good and hard worker.They do all the job which is neglected by any other.Bravo bravo.....
