For the last couple years, Mr Rogers has been a life saver!! They are so friendly, always very responsive and get to you in a timely manner. They took the time to get my AC/Furnace/Thermostats running again after a power surge. I've replaced just about everything with them and it's been easy every step of the way. Prices are more than fair and I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I called Mr. Rogers to inquire about a malfunctioning hot water heater. He and his staff were very responsive and engaged from my initial phone call to the final invoice. They were able to get one of their professionals out to visit my home for an initial assessment the very same day (within 1 hour). They made a quick and concise recommendation. I really appreciated how Roger didn't try to over-sell me on anything, only to fix the root cause of the issue. They were able to return the very next morning with a clean professional install of the new equipment. I would strongly recommend this company, they have great customer service with fair pricing.

Roger and his son came by today and fixed my problem. I had two other companies say they were coming by but never showed. Roger was on time, fixed my problem, and didn’t try to upsell me like most other places would. Very much appreciated and so happy to have AC again in this heat!

I've been receiving great service from Mr Rogers AC for over 5 years now. Today was no exception! They responded to my home on short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed up my AC unit during the same visit! No waiting around for someone to call a home office, schedule another visit and only then send out a technician like so many other AC companies in Houston!!

Prior to Mr Rogers I tried several other companies who all tried to sneak in up-charges or drastically overcharge for the parts/units they install. Mr Rogers AC has always been fair and helpful in making any correction recommendations and worked within the budget I've had. They've corrected the mistakes made by others and made a trusted customer of my family! I really trust them ... and isn't that what its all about?! :-)

I have used Mr. Rogers heating and ac for the past 5 yrs, they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend then to anyone. They are honest and reliable.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Mr. Rogers definitely deserves it! He was Amazing! Our A/C was out and we were Melting! We have a very old unit but it's not in our budget to replace it right now. Mr. Rogers came out late on a Friday evening and got Old Faithful up and running! When our budget permits to replace O.F., we will definitely be calling Mr. Rogers! He is our Hero! Thanks to him we will be sleeping cool tonight! Our Fur Babies thank him too! God Bless!

We have been without AC for 3 years. During those years, we had a guy that was recommended to us to come check out our AC system. We were told we had a leak in the system and repairs were made. The system continued to leak and we ended up spending hundreds on repeated repairs throughout the years, we even had the unit and coil replaced. Even with the new unit and coil, we continued to have a leak in our system. The repair man kept coming back, taking hundreds of $$$ from us, he even installed new piping. Still, the AC system would work for a couple of days and then fail. At this point there was no way there could still be a leak if everything was new. We were told the new unit had a 10 year warranty and the coil was new. We were tired of spending our hard earned money on pointless repairs and decided to tell the repair man to switch out the unit under warranty and replace the coil again. This is when the repair man told us NO and said he will not be coming and then blocked my number. I knew something was up so I made a quick google search for an AC company and decided to give Mr. Roger a call. Within a few minutes, Mr. Roger already knew what the problem was. The "new" coil, or what we thought was new, was a used coil and it was leaking. This means the previous repair man replaced our old coil with a used leaking coil, mind you he would always check the coil and would tell us that he cannot find the leak. Mr. Roger also ran tests on the new unit and showed us that it was not running properly. Since the previous repair men wouldn't answer me or any of my family trying to reach him, Mr. Roger took it upon himself to investigate where the "new" unit was purchased from so that we can exchange it under warranty. Unfortunately, Mr. Roger found out that our unit was never registered therefore it had no warranty. He was was also able to identify that thew new piping (installed by the previous repairman) was not properly installed. It was a very bad and poor install. This is when we realized we were lied to and taken advantage of for years. Mr. Roger showed great compassion and worked with us to find a solution that would work with our budget and fix our AC system once and for all. His team replaced our coil and unit with a brand new one and went above and beyond to fix what they could of the piping and have it more properly set up. Our AC system is now up and running better than ever before. I am a business owner myself and i can tell when a business actually cares about their work and reputation. I can assure you that when you contact Mr. Roger, he and his team will take great care of you and provide one of the best customer service you will come across. I am very grateful to Mr. Roger and his excellent team for the service they provided, you will be too.

Where do I begin....this company is the true meaning of honest American business ethics. Mr Rogers displays professionalism in every way....from his staff to his crew working, all represent the company with the upmost professional knowledge and honesty. The owners have hearts as big as the sun and are such understanding individuals. I truly can recommend this organization as a whole and stand behind this companys work and work ethics. Get this company to do your job and worry no more, they truly got you!

We used Time In Air recently for a full changeout at our condo. They were on time, professional, and respectful to both myself and my wife throughout the entire process. The technicians that came out were very mindful, laid down drop cloths to make sure our floor was protected, and cleaned up so well afterward that I honestly think they left it cleaner than before they arrived, ha!

Throughout the entire process they were very transparent, honest, and took their time explaining exactly what they were going to do and how much time it would take and were very fair on pricing for services offered.

I will absolutely be using them as my primary HVAC specialist from here on out. 10/10, thank you so much!

A true 5 star experience from start to finish! Phuc, the owner, went above and beyond for us when we were in need . Working with our schedule , he was willing to come to our house at 7pm to help us fix our AC so that our baby could sleep through summer heat! He is very reasonably priced and definitely does not upsell . He only recommends what is actually needed . Trust , honesty, dependability, reliability and flexibility are what you get when you work work with Phuc. We would give him 10 stars if possible ! He is our go to HVAC guy !
