I called just after midnight to report my ac unit being out and they were out within 15 minutes. Kind, professional, and courteous. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough!! Thank God for hardworking people like Texas Eagle who make civilized life easier for the rest of us.

On top of being courteous and patient in explaining, Hussain was efficient and got our AC fixed within an hour! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Hussain was a very good with diagnosis and explanation of the problem that we were having with our A/C. He responded immediately to our service request which was after hours (7:00 pm). His crew Jose and Henry worked straight through until the job was done polite and courteous. Honesty , promptness and expertise are the hallmarks of this business.

My A/C started to barely blow out cold air and would not reach the set point on the thermostat. I contacted several HVAC companies but Texas Eagle was the first to respond. They gave me an honest quote and came out to inspect my A/C promptly. Hussein, the technician who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through what needed to be done and made sure I understood the process. He even set up a portable A/C unit in our house until the work could be done since they needed to order a part form the A/C manufacturer. Now my A/C is back up and running as usual. Texas Eagle did a great job at my workplace in identifying a freon leak and also check my home for fall seasonal maintenance, noticing an issue with a gas valve. They do honest, fair work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

HVAC went out on Sunday. They charge $150 for a Sunday call (not applicable to your repair) but it’s $89 if during the week (and is applicable to your repair). I made the appointment for Monday and got a confirmation text. Monday morning I got a text when they were on their way (45mins out) and then another right before they arrived. They also checked the drain lines and the pan to make sure the unit inside the attic was working properly. The issue was outside with my coils completely caked from my neighbors cat hair. They cleaned the coils and replaced the capacitor and ensured the air was working before leaving. My tenant said the house hasn’t been that cold since they moved in 2 years ago. He even showed my tenant what she needed to do monthly for the drain line and how to hose down the coils. Excellent service and reasonably priced! Just under $400 and they were in and out. Definitely recommend for honest fast work. 5 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hussein was truly a lifesaver! I had been without AC for over 48 hours, and he came to the rescue. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also took the time to walk me through everything step by step, patiently answering all my questions and offering helpful advice. He never seemed rushed or impatient, and his professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. I couldn’t be more grateful for his help!

After being quoted over $700 from a bigger company, I decided to reach out to a smaller/family-owned business to get a second opinion.

Hussain arrived to our home and did a thorough evaluation of our HVAC and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He explained the problem clearly and his solution not only made more sense than the previous company, but was half the price!

Amazing service from this company!! They were able to come out and diagnose the problem the same day. Hussein was an incredible technician. He explained what he was going to do in layman's terms and then found the issue causing my a/c to malfunction. He took the time to make sure that the occupants of the household had alternative sleeping arrangements and offered to bring out a portable a/c. He was able to get the necessary part on the next business day, and installed it. He took the time to teach me about the routine maintenance I should do on my unit and even rerouted the drain pipe where the cleaner goes so that it is more convenient to access. He left the work area clean and my house cool. He even checked in with me the following day. I highly recommend Texas Eagle AC and Heating, LLC for honesty, fair prices and amazing customer service.

They offer the best HVAC deals and warranty in the area. Their services were always on time. I had a HVAC system replaced back in March and was having some issues. They sent their technicians to troubleshoot the system and now the system is working as expected. I will recommend SA Specialties.

I had my whole system replaced by SA Specialties 6-17 My house is now cool quiet and comfortable. The installers started at 08:00 and were finished by 4:00 They did a professional job form start to finish. SA SPECIALTIES advertised pricing and written estimate are exactly correct, no "bait & switch" no "add ons". I had a problem with the new thermostat, and they sent their most experienced tech out after hours to correct the problem. This company is one of very few that does a HONEST, PROFESSIONAL Job. In my experience I would not trust anyone else, with this job, or waste time with 2-3 estimates from others. I've used SA twice. Once for a five ton Trane system and six months ago on a two ton Ruud. Both times their installation was perfect, and I say this because I had a different company QC their work afterwards. I went with SA because their prices beat every other bidding company by large margins. (However, proper installation is much more important than pricing.) I recommended them to my neighbor across the street, and they have since replaced both of her systems, and she was completely satisfied. My first system has been in over three years now with zero problems. The second system has been in six months with no issues. I would use them again and would recommend them over any other company in my area.

I was hesitant to use because the price was considerably lower than my lowest bid. I had a neighbor use them so I went ahead and did it. The crew was outstanding, Bobby continued to answer my million questions even throughout the day of installation. I am very very pleased so far. They have left my house clean they were kind and courteous , so far so good. I already recommended them to a friend whose ac just went out.

Although the technician (Roger) arrived a little late because of issues with previous calls, he was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a very good job with the spring maintenance check up for my ac system, including changing the Aprilaire filter (which is something of a chore). I would recommend him and SA Specialties to anyone needing ac work.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold this morning.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an A/C tech to come out and fix the issue. The technician, Kevin, arrived around 5:00PM and quickly identified that my issue was with a bad capacitor. The unit was still under warranty so I only had to pay for the labor to replace the part.

Kevin also performed the spring checkup while he was here so I would not have to make another appointment. It took him about 90 minutes to complete all the work and he even replace the air filters before he left.

I will use them again.
