I will start with some pros because the quality of the duct cleaning and response time was excellent, BUT the young men they sent to my house to clean the vents got white spray paint on both my leather couch and leather dining chairs!! They spray the inside of your vents with white spray paint and neglected to use any plastic whatsoever to protect my property. They noticed they damaged my property and continued on with their job then left. Once I noticed I called to discuss the issue with management and they sent someone to clean the paint from my furniture and while he was here he explained to me that this has happened before to peoples furniture and appliances... If you don't want spray paint on your belongings don't invite these guys into your house.

I HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My experience and opinions below: On the phone they said $99 for dryer duct cleaning. Their folks came (won’t name them) and then quoted $250. They proceeded to mention the $99 is only a service fee and not the fee to actually do the work — I refused the service and the technician then quoted $200 it seemed like an open negotiation to which I then offered $150. I did talk to the office after - they called immediately to resolve the situation and as any good business sided with their employee and said would call back if they can do it for $150. They never called back so I am assuming they are ok with their technicians coming out and quoting whatever fee they would like. Clearly in my opinion seems like a bait and switch and seems like a standard practice for these guys based few other reviews I recently read following my experience. The above is my opinion based on my experience. There are good reviews for these guys as well so do your homework and pick based on how you feel and you don’t have to go based on my opinions or experiences.

Would I use them again - NO.
Would I recommend them to anyone - NO.

Clean air came out to the house had to replace an air vent or dryer vent should I say on our house either broken birds are trying to make a nest in it. the men came out and did a great job they didn't try to charge me or convince me to do something that I know we didn't need they were clean professional it was a wonderful experience I couldn't I couldn't find the replacement piece to do it myself he had it gave me two options of what I wanted to do what how I wanted to put it up fixed it it was a wonderful job we really appreciate the help. So if you live in a two-story house and you're a little bit older like me don't really like to go up that high on a ladder give clean air call cuz they will help you out and do the job right the first time sincerely Paul Hudson

We called for a consult a few days ago, and were able to get us in in 2 days. They cleaned the air ducts, dryer vent, mold cleaning all that day! And this is my first time EVER having air duct cleaning, so being told the step by step process and sending us before and after photos of everything made us very happy.

Herman and his team cleaned, sanitized and provide d excellent customer service and detailed cleaning for all our ducts and dryer vent. I usually try to get 3 estimates but when Herman showed up ready to explain what was needed and what they provide, we were sold on his knowledge. We had Clean Air Pro out to clean out our Dryer Vent. They were punctual and did a great job.

There guys mentioned that they also did a/c duct work and insulation as well. We choose not to have that done because we have new a/c ductwork and had insulation fine last year.

This procedure should be done every couple of years to allow your dryer to breathe as well as preventing fires.

A big thanks to Clean Air Pro for the wonderful job they did today cleaning my A/C! They went the extra mile by installing a UV light to kill bacteria, and their professionalism truly stood out. I’m very pleased with the excellent work they performed and the great price for their service.

I had been putting off getting my dryer vent cleaned for too long, but when I finally called this company, I was glad I did! They were able to come out the same day and the technician was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the lint buildup and explained why it was such a fire hazard. Now my dryer is working better than ever and I feel safe knowing my home is protected.

They did a fantastic job. The Houston allergens and poor air quality in my home were problematic. Scheduling was easy; they came right out and cleaned ducts, vents, units, all of it. I noticed the difference immediately.

We have blown in cellulose insulation in our attic since the 1960’s. We had some major renovations done to our kitchen and bathrooms and since then I’ve noticed more and more dust settling inside our house. They’ve been seeping in through cracks found in spaces around recessed lighting, ceiling fans and light fixtures that were installed. Further more, our air conditioning duct system occasionally would blow pieces of insulation into our living space. We needed our air duct system checked and also to make sure everything that comes into our living space sealed tight.

My son and I are allergic to dust. I needed to find a company that I can depend on to get the job done right. After careful research, we met up with Ben, from Clean Air Houston Pro. We found Ben to be professional, personable, very knowledgeable and with excellent ratings from satisfied customers.

We discussed with Ben the issues we were having and he gave us a plan to resolve them all. He told us he would completely remove all old insulation, vacuum and disinfect the entire attic before sealing every nook and cranny so that the entire attic space is completely isolated from the living space below. New ductwork, plenums, register boxes and covers would be installed. All will be sealed tight. Only then would new insulation be placed down.

Supervisor German, Wilmer, Rolando plus others worked diligently to complete the project. They were polite, hardworking and careful with our home. They completely lined our living space with plastic sheets to protect my carpet, furniture and all open surfaces from dust and grit. I was extremely impressed by the scope and effort put into doing so. All the old insulation and garbage were carefully bagged securely and disposed of. From beginning to end their service was outstanding.

I am not coughing nor sneezing because of dust anymore. I love my new clean air. I’m delighted that I made the right choice with CLEAN AIR PRO.

I recently had my ducts serviced by Clean Air Houston Pro, and while the technicians who came out were absolutely amazing— very informative and professional, I was disappointed with the overall results, largely due to the equipment used.

For the $1,250 I spent (@ $69 a vent) along with $250 for cleaning the plenum box and supply plenum, I expected more professional-grade equipment or a rotobrush at minimum. Instead, they used a Shop-Vac and an Air Care TruckMaster. While I understand the truckmaster is specialized for duct cleaning, I was not impressed with the outcome. As one of the technicians was cleaning inside the ducts, I noticed particles flying out everywhere. He tarped off the surrounding areas, but this wasn't enough to prevent dust and debris from spreading throughout my home. After they left, I could see and feel debris on various surfaces (that didn’t have tarps), which was frustrating considering the cost.

Additionally, I was not happy with how the vents were cleaned. Instead of washing them and removing the gunk behind them with a brush, they were merely sprayed with Kilz. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the gunk was still there—it was just coated with Kilz. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning, with the vents being scrubbed or soaked to remove all the mildew and dust buildup first. Then when he was cleaning the main vent on my 30x20 return, he did not remove it to clean the went outside which was surprising to me because it is easily removable. He just used the button lock brush which resulted the dust flying everywhere (I’ll attach photos).

That said, the tools provided by the company fell short of my expectations. It’s clear that they chose to cut costs by providing the technicians with inadequate tools. I’ll likely consider a different company next time, hoping for a better overall experience.

Phenomenal service! This company is doing it right. They’ve serviced our AC unit 3 years in a row and have been nothing but exceptional and informative during their visits. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable and was able to point out some issues with our blower that was causing mold to accumulate and spread through our system and was able to walk me through the process and get it resolved. They are on time, clean and follow through with every request. From installing a completely new system to routine maintenance to emergency service - simply put they are the best.

AC had gone out and I knew it was much more than adding more refrigerant ! Called on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday morning and had a unit installed on Saturday ! The technician HTM sent to our house was polite, informative, and very knowledgeable. Other companies would not take the time to look into what the problem was and HTM was able to get it repaired and our AC back online!
