I called HTM after I noticed that my downstairs unit wasn’t running. They made an appointment with me for the following day and not only did they diagnose the problem correctly, but also fixed it in a timely manner by putting a new compressor a couple of days later once they had the part. They also put a new exhaust fan in my master bathroom since the one that I already had wasn’t close enough to my shower therefore mold was building up.

I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I was referred to HTM by our realtor as we needed someone to come by to address some minor requests that we were asked to do from the buyer's home inspection. The team was very responsive, easy to schedule with, and their technician was courteous and timely. He did a great job explaining everything that he worked on as well as any follow-up items that were required. I'm definitely happy with the service we received.

This company was recommended by my real estate agent who uses them for the homes they remodel and build, so I felt comfortable that they were reliable off the bat. I’ve used them 3 times since I’ve owned my house and have been happy each time:

1st Service: I have a 1950s house and originally needed some help installing vents in the kitchen and bathrooms (can you imagine a house with no vents??). For this work I bid out the job and they were within $100 of the other companies, so since they were reliable I went with them. There were no sales gimmicks or anything, they came and did the job and 6 months later everything is working great.

2nd Service: Since I had a good experience I decided to use them to service my HVAC and bought the 2x year service package. They were professional and spent ~1.5 hours in my attic working (I felt I was getting a fair service- not just a checkup). My master bedroom is now where the converter garage used to be and circulation / ventilation in that room isn’t great, so they adjusted a few things to temporarily solve the issue but they also recommend some changes to my duct work (included in third service review below).

3rd Service: I decided to go forward with the updates to the ducts - this house is 70 years old and few updates had been made previously. It ended up that I had a leak with my return and they fixed that at no extra charge and even made an extra trip out. I didn’t bid this last service our because I felt like they had been fair, with good communication and great service.

Overall I’ve had a positive experience 3 times and would continue to recommend them.

We were very impressed with HTM! We needed a complete upstairs HVAC system replacement, including the evaporator, condenser, and furnace. After receiving an exorbitant quote from another company, which also tried to upsell us on unnecessary items and claimed we had mold throughout our attic and ductwork, we called HTM for a second opinion. Alfonso from HTM provided an honest assessment, finding no mold, and offered a fair price for an upgraded A/C unit. HTM completed the installation in just six hours, two days after our initial call. Their team was professional, thorough, and courteous. We highly recommend HTM for any A/C or HVAC work!

I missed their call, returned the call and the guy said he'd call back because he had just got into the office. I allowed 2 days before I called back again.. I left a voice mail and he never returned my call. I guess they don't hire women.

Whoever the guy is they have managing the place is an absolute disgrace, disrespectful, unable to communicate appropriately, would not advise doing business with these guys as long as Israel is at the company
