Mr. Overdiek visited my place several times to address different issues with my AC. He was extremely kind, professional and very patient explaining exactly what problems my AC was having and was able to fix them the same day.

My home’s HVAC system is 13 years old and Jason and Jake have helped maintain the system alive. They haven’t forced me to get it replaced. I have grown to trust them and always give them a call when needing help with my HVAC system.

Jason is thorough in his inspections and is honest. We also love how he shows he cares about you as a person! 5 stars for Uni-Serve A/C!

Uni-serve was fantastic. They came on time and kept me updated on progress throughout the day. We had them instal a new variable speed HVAC. The whole process was very smooth.

Uni-Serve Air Conditioning replaced both of our AC systems with two new American Standard variable speed systems. They adjusted the system sizes and ductwork so that we could have the systems zoned how we wanted them to be. They also added an additional return air duct to improve airflow in one of the bedrooms. The installs were smooth and the team really focused on details like the drain lines and duct routings so that we still have good storage space in our attic. We highly recommend Uni-Serve Air Conditioning!

My HVAC unit was leaking and Uni-Serve was quick to respond to my inquiry to schedule a visit. They communicated throughout the process and arrived on time. Randy, the service technician, quickly identified the issue and cleaned out the drain line. He also verified that the drain was working properly after cleaning and draining it. Randy also fixed ductwork that he noticed was loose made sure there were no other issues. Overall I am happy and would recommend using Uni-Serve.

Jake, our technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He fixed our a/c and was on his way. We will definitely call for him again if needed.

I had a total tear out and re-installation done in a day by a very efficient team working seamlessly with no leftover mess. Now looking forward to saving a bunch on my power bills and its nice to have heating again.

We had an issue with one of our AC units. Uni-Serve had a technician, finishing a job several miles away. It was at the end of the day, instead of scheduling for the next day they rerouted the technician to our building. Impressed and very thankful.
