I am pleased with Uni-Serve Air Conditioning and the prompt response to my need when I call. Their staff is professional, their pricing is fair AND they do great work.

Prompt attention to our air conditioning need was a key element to our satisfaction. The technician found the problem, suggested a repair and afterwards, rechecked the systems operating tolerances for performance.

We had added new room on our house and needed to upgrade our system from 3 1/2 to 4 ton unit. Jason and his crew had the units swapped out and running before our house had time to get very warm. Others have said it, but it bears repeating, this company really does care about its customers. Straight talk, high-touch service and they do a great job. Jason and his entire crew were very accommodating, working around several special needs that we had on our job to replace both units, and in the middle of the worst "heat dome" ever. I can't thank them enough for their help in getting this job done quickly and with great results!

Frank was terrific! He quickly figured out what the problem was. He then left to get a part to repair it. He was courteous, professional and he even put on shoe covers to protect my floor. Wonderful service. Highly recommend!

Great company and even better people. Jake and his team are highly knowledgeable, trustworthy and cost effective. Before Uni-Serv another company spent 6+ months trying to figure out a fix for my AC... but once I found Uni-Serv Jake came and fixed my issue in just a couple hours. Highly recommend!

Jake was awesome. I initially called to receive quote on a new system but in a professional fashion advice to try some service items and see if performance improves. He performed detailed maintenance and really took his time to review my options, offered suggestions and really attempted to address my concerns. I highly recommend Jake and this company.

Able to get same day service as soon as I reported my AC not working. Jake was my technician who was really nice! He went above and beyond. He showed up on time, inspected my AC system, explained everything step by step, and then got my AC working again. Super awesome service all around. Highly recommend.

Uni-Serve was able to schedule an appointment on short notice. Andrew showed up on time, was respectful of property and kept me updated on his progress. Final cost came in the same as the estimate. I've used them for years and they are always excellent!

Excellent customer service. Techs Andrew/Jake answered questions and provide helpful advice. My home just had its second spring air service. Previously was advised would need a new capacitor. Comparable rates and received 15% discount. Last year had ductwork sanitized and disinfected which greatly reduced allergies.

Technician Colton was on time for the appointment. He was very efficient in checking the equipment in the attic. I was pleased how he took his time to clean the coils in the condensing unit. He provided me with a verbal report of his findings. Overall, very pleased with Uni-Serve level of efficiency and professionalism.

I have been on the Uni-Shield Maintenance Plan for a few years now. Summor came to do the Spring check for my home. It was her first time servicing my home. She did great. I have always had a good experience with all the techs who have come. Everything went smoothly, and I have peace of mind that I can give them a call if there are any issues with my units.
