Great help finding the parts you neef

Staff is hit or miss here could be friendly or really rude, brought acyetalyne tank to be refilled gave me empty tank

Called to ask about part availability and they were very helpful and answered the phone quickly.

This Johnson sucks unless you're a white guy, with you walk in it like everybody that work there is in a bad mood. I hate going to that Johnson supply.

Better than the other place next door to them

When I arrived, I got the feeling the clerk didn't really want to help me and I felt he was a bit dismissive. Prices are for contractors and not for the general public.

They have a great staff and always seem to have what I need for my HVAC / R needs. Rick and Laura are always very helpful.

Just a supply house for HVAC. Why is this even on here. They don't sell to the general public. Is there an A/C man on the fence about whether to get parts for the very specific brands that they sell?

5 and 4 stars went to the same place. Bad service.

Always helpful. Most times I get out really quick. I had a warranty problem that they went above and beyond to get taken care of.

Down hill

Texas New Air. Closes 5PM. $10 for ID 5/8, 7/8, 1 1/8 Pipe Insulation 1" Wall = Best. 3/4" Wall not as good. HD sells 1, 3/4 & 1/2, but only 1/2" Wall! $60 A/C Grill 10615 Hart & Cooley 20*25 (10615 & it corrodes fast).
