We have an AC that is less than a year old (still under warranty) and this guy Peter is refusing to take our calls because he knows he’s done something wrong and doesn’t want to fix it.
He’s also got a short temper, and once yelled at me for making him go up a flight of stairs.
It’s a simple matter of honouring your agreements. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got the skills to do the job if you won’t be a grown man and be a professional.

I cannot recommend Advance Environmental Air Technologies highly enough! After being told by another company that our compressor had failed and we needed an $18,000+ system replacement, I decided to get a second opinion. Best decision ever!

Pete arrived promptly and immediately impressed me with his thorough, professional approach. Instead of just accepting the previous diagnosis, he took the time to properly diagnose our system from scratch. He checked all the error codes, performed comprehensive testing, and quickly identified that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our compressor.
