I can't say enough about Westair. Their service team is top-notch in knowledge and walked me through the process of services and eventually replacing our furnace. When it was determined we needed a new unit, I felt no pressure but was confident the right decision was to purchase and install a new unit with Westair. Our furnace was replaced within 24 hours...which varies each season but I loved the quick turnaround. Our installation team was supported by our original service tech and was done within two hours. Hands down, Westair is the first one to call with any AC or Heat support, no question!
