Company is a little deceiving. It is a dispatch service that routes calls to various service providers in town. The lady that booked me was from a call center that sounded like it was overseas. When they called me the morning of, we discovered she accidentally booked me for air duct cleaning and I had requested dryer vent cleaning. They were about 45 minutes past when they said they were going to arrive. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute steam job for two chairs. Not sure if they put too much water on it but the color bled in some spots. They had to bring the steam hose to the second floor and I asked if they had blankets to put down so the hose wouldn't rub against the paint on the balcony or door. They did not have adequate blankets. Dryer vent service seemed ok. The guys were nice. I would call them again for dryer vent service but not for steaming.
