They had the duct work (spiral) in stock and did over the counter sales. Items were picked and loaded in less than 15 minutes. The only disadvantage was the pricing was a bit high but given that so few companies seem to sell direct to "the public", I guess this is the price you pay.

When shopping for an HVAC system, you are interviewing the brands, the models, and the contractor.

You will learn that the installation is just as *if not more* important than the equipment. Even the highest end equipment installed poorly will fail. The advice here is to not skimp on the installation.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable price wise. He installed my new unit in December 2023 and has gone above and beyond to help me out with issues that were not even his fault. Turned out today that my A/C went out due to a bad soft start and Jim could not have been more helpful to diagnose and remove the problem and have my A/C running again. Jim is the best!
