We had an excellent experience with Cool Master in Houston! After being without AC for a week in the Texas heat, they came through quickly and professionally. Saib and his team were fantastic from start to finish.

Customer service was top-notch — super responsive and available whenever we had questions. On the financial side, Saib walked us through every detail so there were no surprises. He really made us feel confident and informed about our investment.

The installation was right on schedule. He said they’d be here at 9:00 AM and sure enough, they were pulling up at 8:59. Everything was up and running in about 4 hours. The house took a little while to cool off, but honestly, that’s expected with this Houston heat.

After the install, they gave us a full walkthrough of the system — both in the attic and outside — so we knew exactly what had been done and how it all worked. The team was professional, respectful, and clearly cared about doing the job right.
