We had a problem with the AC on Sunday and because of the hot weather the house was heating up quickly. we called for a weekend service call and had John arrive within an hour. After 4 hours of hard work and a very reasonable service charge we were back in business with our house getting cool again. We have used Quality Air for over 20+ years and have always been very satisfied with both their work and their charges.

I don't have pictures but we are extremely happy with Quality Air and their knowledge. They fixed our A/C in a timely manner and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Our air conditioning went out. We had called an air conditioning repair company, who had determined it was an electrical supply problem.

We called Center Point utility. Their technician said the problem was on my side, meaning the problem was mine to find an electrician for and to pay for.

Quality Air was recommended by my neighbor. They came out the next morning. Jason ,the technician, was professional and thorough. He answered all my questions. He replaced parts that had been burned in an arcing. There were still some problems. The owner Mike came out to offer options to get the AC back on. He then discovered a break that was in a different area. He fixed the problem and we have power throughout the property.

My point is they stayed with us explaining different solutions. Altimatly offering the safest and least costly solution to our problems.

Our technician, John, arrived at the appropriate time, introduced himself and proceeded with a check of our HVAC system. He was polite and informed us of what he was doing. Our Fall 'check-up' went well. We've used Quality Air for a few seasons now and are satisfied with them

Ricky and Ethan serviced our A/C in our Freeport home. They were prompt, professional and friendly. And they cleaned up! Ricky showed me pictures of my coils and also showed me the old part that was replaced. They were very thorough and honest and I will always use them in the future. Quality Air has been my AC / heat company for several years. They are honest and do wonderful complete work. Never had AC checks done as thorough until I began using them. Awesome company and John.my tech today was just as awesome. I've referred to neighbors even, and as I rule I dont refer companies to friends or neighbors for fear theyll disappoint. We had an issue that looked to be a very expensive fix. Our technician, Greg Brewer, troubleshooted the issue and discovered we had a faulty thermostat. With the thermostat being less than 90 days old he advised us to go to our supplier and exchange the defective thermostat.

While here Great also cleaned up a couple of hanging wire issues.

Pricing was extremely fair, service top flight. I highly recommend Quality Air -A/C and Heating Company.

I have used Quality Air for several years. They maintained my old units and installed both AC and heating units during the last five years. All of their staff have always been friendly, helpful and competent. Ricky did a typical great job explaining what they were doing and why.

checking out the .heater. He then told me that it was doing fine and why it was. He also put in a new filter that was left from the last time I had service with you guys. He was respectful,courteous and efficient. I told him I would recommend him to others . Thanks for such good service.

The technician was John and he was fantastic. He took his time, explained everything, gave great advice. The cost was more than reasonable and less than half of what i was quoted by another company. I will only use Quality Air in the future

We have been using Quality Air for our air conditioning needs for several years and have been thoroughly pleased with them. Their technicians are personable and very knowledgeable. A few months ago we had a new system installed and even though it must have been at least 120 degrees in our attic, they got it in and we now have a cool upstairs again. This past weekend, our older unit quit working. I called their emergency number and talked to Greg. He came to our house the next morning and had the unit up and running in no time even though it was a Sunday. I highly recommend them and everyone of their employees.

John, the tech, was excellent as usual. We have been doing business with them for almost 20 years - they were recommended by our previous AC guy when he retired. They are reasonably priced, do great work, very friendly and considerate techs, and they shoot straight on what does and does not need to be done and how to save some money.

Ricky was my service technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave clear explanations about the problem and the function the failing part served. He diagnosed the cooling issue quickly.

This is the second time Quality Air has serviced my system and I would recommend them highly!
