Ricky was great! He came, found the problem & fixed it. It took less than an hour. He also checked everything out while he was here. We have used this company for about 15 years & have ALWAYS been very happy with their work. Very honest, family owned. The best!

Well...Quality Air has a new company name, Fintastic Cooling and Heating. The name has changed but the service is better than ever. I am so pleased with the technician, Ricky. He is polite and well informed. Again, he came to work. He was thoughtful of our house and placed two company carpet, one at our front entry and the second near the attic. He is enthusiastic, has a great personality and puts you at ease with what he is doing!! These qualities all go a long way! He went over what he did and then sent us a detailed report. Great job and this is why I continue to use them.

The technician was excellent. Only issue I had was a lack of communication when he was delayed. I had to call a few times to get updates. Delay was warranted due to storms in the area, but clear communication throughout would have made it a 5* experience.

The words honest, fair, truthful ,sincere, professional - all describe Quality Air . I didn’t think that business and people of this character existed anymore, but they do in Quality Air. Technician told us what the problem with our air condition was and what it was going to cost to repair it, and they did, and it works! There is no hidden costs with this company, there is no hustle, the technicians are the best, most concerned, most knowledgeable professionals I have seen. I recommend them , I highly recommended them, I don’t say any of this lightly. I myself have been a journeyman Pipefitter-Welder of 40 years I recognize great craftsmanship.
I witnessed the honesty, ( after being ripped off by a very famous A/C company for over $800.00) . I was very disappointed. But I tell you, if you want honesty use Quality Air, if you want fairness use Quality Air, you want it done right the first time, use Quality Air.

I have been using Quality Air for more than 15 years. They are honest, reliable, and they take care of their customers. They installed my air conditioner and furnace years ago. I have them come out twice a year to maintain them. They always do a wonderful job.

The level of customer service was excellent from the office personnel to the tech who came out. Ricky was the tech and I really appreciate how he went over everything he did before leaving, even showed images from the unit in the attic to help explain and answered all my questions thoroughly. I will definitely be scheduling a Fall service with them.

Special thanks to Quality Air ... they are technical craftsmen and ethically sound. John replaced a starting capacitor, showed me how it was leaking, flushed the coils, proved I didn't need more freon, and pored bleach down my water lines. Really is Quality.

I needed my whole system replaced including duct work and decided to call Quality Air based on their reputation. The whole process was flawless. Greg came out and we decided on a system and then a few days later, came install day. Ricky showed up first and then within minutes the whole install team pulled up. They went to work almost immediately and before the end of the work day, the unit was up and running. Ricky then showed me everything in the attic and outside and didn't leave until all my questions were answered. Their quality work was above and beyond what I had expected. The business is run by a very nice family that does quality work. They installed my Daikin air conditioner 6 years ago and I have been very happy with their follow-up services twice a year. I don't have the fear of being stuck in the middle of summer with a busted AC. They are a very reliable company.

It's not easy finding an honest company these days. Fintastic Cooling and Heating showed up right on time and did a great job. Unlike a lot of other companies that try to upsell you on every little thing, Fintastic came out, didn’t find any issues, and simply did a routine summer check-up—quick and straightforward. My neighbor and my parents also use them, which says a lot. The technician even showed me pictures of how well my system is holding up. Highly recommend!
