Being a parts and install manager for going on 9 years now...Century has always been my go to. They always get me in and out as fast as possible. All with respect, a great attitude to helping the customer. I really appreciate the manager, Jacob and his crew(Juan and Larry) and a few others that truly make my experience every time...top notch. Team work makes the dream work. Couldnt ask for better people to help me out.

A big thank you to Juan Rodriguez for being super helpful. I was trying to get a compressor and advised two other stores had what I needed. I called that store and was told it was not available had to reach out to Juan he placed the order, and my tech was able to get the part needed.

I own a local AC company (Mr. Reliable Heating & Air) and the entire Century team is amazing. Our TM, Frank Selesky, is always very helpful. This branch specifically has been a big help lately. When the storm hit this past week and everyone lost power, we went to pick up an install order on 5/18/24 and, even though they didn’t have power, this branch pulled the order in the dark for us. Incredible team work guys! Our customer was able to get AC back that day from this extra effort.

The Century supply store on 8785 Clay road is the best. From the moment I entered I was greeted respectfully, the whole team is amazing. Special shout out to Juan Rodriguez for solving my problem with a blower motor. His quick thinking in identifying what I needed saved my day. Also I need to include Joshua Ramos for assisting me. Awesome service! I spoke with several air conditioning companies. Almost all of them were trying to pull the old bait and switch trick! I spoke with Terrell at Ross air, this gentleman was straightforward, no bs. Before he came over, I had a list of questions about the service. He answered everything to our satisfaction. Best customer service ever. Honesty goes a long way. If you find yourself in need of a/c service, contact Terrell at Ross Air, you and your family will not be disappointed. The installers, Israel and his assistant came did the job cleaned up and left. If you speak speak with Terrell or anyone in this company, tell them Silver & Annie highly recommended them!

Ross Air did a great job redoing all the HVAC ductwork in my house. The technician was very professional, easy to work with, and kept me informed the whole time. He explained any changes that had to be made from the original scope, which I really appreciated. When everything was done, they cleaned up really well and left the place looking great. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.

Found Ross Air on facebook so i was a bit leery, i vetted them pretty hard, even went to their office to pay in person and check out the operation. My estimate for a Trane unit was 5k cheaper than the other 4 estimates.Even checked out the model # on unit to make sure wasnt old discontinued model. Everything was as promised and hassle free. Thanks Trey and Terrell. Yes, i would definitely recommend. 5 Stars
