I had my evaporator coils replaced recently, and these guys were awesome. From the first phone call, they were friendly, professional, and quick to get me on the schedule. The techs showed up on time, explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and got the job done without any surprises.

They worked efficiently, didn’t leave a mess, and most importantly, my AC is running better than ever. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things right.

Ross Air came through in an emergency when my AC went out during a heatwave. They responded quickly, were very professional, and had everything up and running in the same day. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use again!

Ross Air was sent to my home through my home Warranty dept through Tri-coast.

Israel was my Technician that came out to review my issue.
He was very customer friendly and honest.
He quickly found that the outside unit was being overworked.
We had issue when we purchased the home. We told builders that the unit that was installed was too small.

Israel did not try to candy coat it and reach right out to his manager to give full report.

Our home Warranty company finally decided that the unit needed to be upgraded from a 2 ton to a 3 ton plus needed the upstairs unit needed to be replaced as well.

Ross came out 20 minutes early on the day scheduled.

Israel was the Main Technician and two other guys came as well to help.

They went right to work and had everything completed in under 3 hours.
They cleaned up everything, and Israel answered all questions before making sure all was in working order.

They did a great job for me and I have saved the companies contact info for future needs.
