Ross Air came out and fixed me up quickly! My heat wasn’t working, and it turned out to be a shorted wire. Trey diagnosed the issue right away and had everything running smoothly in no time. I needed to replace our a/c system, so I went shopping on the internet. I was bombarded by offers. I put all the information out that anyone would need,nobody everybody wanted to come over,but nobody would give me bid, except Terrell from Ross air.This young man was totally awesome, very professional, knowledgeable of the products he carries. He finally came over and answered all questions(I had a list of questions for him) he did not disappoint,I agreed. Israel his installer and his helper had everything done in 3 hour. By then the owner, Landon came, another professional at work.All I can say is if you any kind of a/c work,save yourself some time and money, call Landon or Terrell at ROSS A/C, I can’t stress it enough,this company will take care of you and your family. If you want to save money,and time this is where you need to go. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I’m very satisfied with the service Ross Air provided. They gave me different options and quotes to choose from, which I really appreciated. As a landlord, I’m always looking for the best and most affordable solution, and they understood that. They did a great job replacing a very rusty evaporator coil, and now the AC is running perfectly. I contacted several companies for quotes, and after finding them through the BBB, I’m glad I chose them.

Got a appointment with Rodolfo Blanco from Traders Village and he came to my home. After he gave me the $$$ appraisal which was high.... I told him I had another appraisal $2500 lower he started insulting me that why I was making him lose his time with me and that I was an unresponsible person that I should had called him and told him I had another bid and told him what the bid was so he should not come here to waste his time with me... I was shocked at his words coming out of his mouth and I finally I snapped when he his voice could be heard all over the house and my wife came to the living room to see what was going on...So I told him to get out the house and he kept on talking mad and I asked him to get out again or I was gonna call the cops on him when he finally got out and took pictures of my home from my yard......

Don't buy from these people they are high and heard bad things about them but I still wanted to give them a shot but I was wrong in doing it as I got disrespected I. My own home.!!!!!!!!!

We called Los Andes to replace our unit last year and is been working fine and we just called for our first check up and the technician was very proffessional. We recommend this guys..

We purchased a central AC system with this company and unfortunately two years into it, it started breaking down. We have called them on multiple occasions since and they have either failed to show up for appointments made and at this point are only guessing on what might be wrong and have yet to make the needed repairs. I had no choice but to contact another company to come in and do the work. Avoid these guys and go elsewhere.

We had to have our a/c replaced as it was quite old. The gentlemen did a great job installing the new system. They were kind, honest, and professional. I definitely recommend them to anyone else needing a/c work done!

We purchased a new central system, not even a year ago wit this company with guaranteed warranty. Our AC has not been working for the last 2 days. I contacted the company and one of the owners Oscar promised us that he would be sending a technician at the date/time he provided us with. I contacted Oscar to verify the status and for him to assure me that a technician will still be out, since it has already exceeded 2 hours from our appt time. Oscar, just fed me some nonsense about his ONLY technician still working at a job site and he was going to be extremely tired. I did inform Oscar that my family and dog have been dealing with this heat in our home for the last two days. Tomorrow will be a holiday and he informed me that they are not obligated to work on holidays, and the fee would be $100 if I wanted a technician to come out. He then hung up on me. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. This company was quick to come and collect the funds when we bought the service/whole AC unit, and install the very next day.
