I am glad that I chose My Kellys AC One thing that I was impressed, they sent you a text message and a picture of the person that is going to appear at your house. I think that is very good for security purposes and very knowledgeable and better than the other companies. I would recommend this AC company to my friends and family a big thank you to Roy who was a gentleman who came to my house and Maria and Aaliyah were on the customer service line, thank you.

Call them and let them fix your A/C problems. Exceeded expectations. I failed YouTube video watching at trying to clean my A/C system on my own. By calling My Kelly’s A/C, I probably saved my own life, by not electrocuting myself or amputating a finger. Raz & Kenneth appeared on time for the scheduled appointment, calling ahead to give an ETA. These gentlemen are courteous, precise, respectful, careful to keep my home clean and dedicated to their profession. Calling the office number, they gave me an appointment in 24 hours. Raz & Kenneth performed a thorough inspection and evaluation of a 20 year old system that is showing every day of its age. No high pressure to upsell, just facts. The entire system was photographed with recommendations provided. At my request they provided an estimate for other services (finding a problem not identified by an 2 different companies). The estimate provided is reasonable and came in within $200 of other estimates (cheaper). The owner is a veteran who offers discounts to veterans and seniors. Definitely, visit their website as they provide a wide range of services. They left my A/C units spotless, double checked everything, changed filters, checked insulation, air ducts and returns. We are ready for south Texas summer. Hopefully, they bought us 1 or 2 more years before I must replace our entire system. Thank you Raz, Kenneth and My Kelly’s AC! Outstanding!

We've been Kelly's customers for almost three years now and they are just as exceptional as the reviews say they are. When we first bought our home (first-time homeowners here), they came and helped us clear the duct work of mold and dust. Every step of the way, they educated us, and even showed us what we can do or buy ourselves to keep everything running as efficiently as possible.

About a year ago, we used them to install a new handler box (which had been shorting due to moisture) in the attic, replaced the duct work, and added another 6 inches of insulation. The difference the insulation, especially, has made is staggering. Electricity bill-wise, we can keep the house about 2-3 degrees cooler with no change in our bill. Beyond that, the humidity is down a discernable amount. Our home even stays cool for longer when the power goes out. We appreciate Kelly's because they walked us through the problem, the best solutions, and price points so that we knew we were making the best choice for our home. They even explained why higher-price "fixes" that you might see around aren't nearly as effective or economical.

Recently, they helped us in the midst of Hurricane Beryl even though their office didn't have power back yet and many of the technician's homes didn't either. We are so grateful for the incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable staff and management. Thank you guys!

I found this company through a local magazine ad. They replaced my air duct system and installed insulation. During the process, they noticed my AC drain line was clogged. They went above and beyond making sure everything was clean and working properly before leaving. They disinfected everything, gave my AC a check up, and made me feel like I was a VIP. They NEVER once tried to sell me anything other than what I requested (Ac ducts and insulation). This company has my permanent business. My Kelly’s offers honesty and integrity, stellar workmanship, and just the absolute best customer service ever! I want to give extra kudos to Raz, Elie, and Sergio for taking so much time to make sure I was taken care of. These guys are seriously the best! Thank You So Much!!!!

Nice guys, came on time, finished the work quickly and throughly. If we had any questions they explained immediately, and even went out of their way to talk to us about AC duct maintenance. Best of all they didn’t just do they job, they helped clean, double checked their work, and did it all with an enthusiastic personality. Definitely recommended to anyone with AC and HVAC issues. 10/10 these guys are great ^_^

Thanks to both Elie and Kenneth the technicians that came to my home today representing Kelly AC and heating services. A summer tuneup was performed on my system without any issues. I was kept very informed on the system operating specifications and updated on the future care and maintenance of the ac system. Elie was just wonderful he was so professional at explaining what needed to be done and I can't recommend kellys enough! I was skeptical about adding more insulation but the basic really did help! I noticed a different the same night I slept cooler.

Raz and Joseph did our duct cleaning and installed a UV light in the attic. They found our filter in attic as well that another company claimed didn't exist. They also told us about a water sensor for our pan that we decided to have installed as well. The last company that put in our hvac system claimed it was put in but Kelly's found otherwise. They also found a small air leak in the attic and taped that up. When they left we noticed our UV light went out and called them right after they had left that same day. They came rushing back to fix it. They are very knowledgeable about Hvac systems. They checked our dampers and as well told us that we needed a 5 ton system for our home not the 3.5 ton system that was installed during the house build by another company. I will continue to use Kelly's for my Hvac needs as they have much more informed and polite technicians then my last company.

Elie and Joseph were fantastic. They showed up and diagnosed a very simple problem at a rental property I have. They were very honest and charged me a fair price. They will be my first call the next time I have an HVAC issue at a property.

Wow, just wow! I can't say enough good things about Elie and Joseph who came out on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend to take a look at my AC that was not cooling well. They responded quickly, determined that the unit was functioning as intended and recommended changing the filter. I feel like many companies would have charged an arm and a leg for the weekend call and would have tried to sell me service even if I didn't need it. Five stars and I would not call any other AC company in Houston!

Great whole-house air duct cleaning! The on-site reps that came out were very Knowledgeable & detail oriented. Their cameras showed what you don’t get to view & probably don’t want to see. But my ducts are now clean as a whistle. They even left the home smelling like fresh lavender! #GreatService #GreatPrice

Everyone I was in contact with was highly professional, fast & efficient. Some of the most outstanding members of Kelly’s. Raz was so knowledgeable & every issue I had. Hila is super on the phone to get you an appointment or technician. Jennifer is very kind & understanding (especially when you hot with no ac). Aaron did above & beyond job on fixing, designing & installing a very complicated system.

The photos below won’t mean anything to anyone but me…. They were the HUGE problem why the ac return vent wouldn’t suck air & what little it did went into the hot attic that was not connect to the duct …. Long story short. I had 4 different techs come look & Kellys has a super star guy… Jose !!!!! who went above & beyond to crawl the whole hot dark attic to find the problem. He was outstanding. He figured out exactly what was wrong, what materials we would need & came back the next day to fix it.

Thank you Jose, you are the 007 of AC techs.

Great service and trustworthy! I had an issue with my air conditioning because it was not cooling down the house. I saw a coupon for $50 for a service fee that included a flush. Elie and Joseph came out, looked at the whole system, and flushed out the line. They did not try to upsell me at all and did exactly what was on my coupon and it fixed the problem That meant a lot to me because there was no hard up selling. I will definitely use them again.

Tommy was very helpful along with Michelle in getting us set up with an application to get a new A/C unit put in at my parents house. He was very patient in waiting for me to come over to help my parents with the application online. They got us the best deal!
