My new HVAC system was installed in April, 2025, and it was the smartest decision I made for my home. I made it through the hot summer without worrying about my A/C going out as it has before, plus my electric bills were $75-$100 less than previous years. The unit is more efficient, quieter, and best of all — reliable. Elie and Joseph are the greatest! I trust them to do what’s best for me! I recently had Raz and Jordan out from My Kelly’s AC for a seasonal AC and heating maintenance check due to some concerns with possible system issues and the service was truly outstanding! To start, I especially appreciated that Raz and Jordan both wore shoe covers the entire time- removing when needed and immediately reapplying to protect my floors. They treated my home with genuine respect and professionalism from the moment they stepped inside to the time they left.

Instead of a quick 'in and out,' they spent a significant amount of time performing a very thorough inspection. They didn't rush, and spent time ensuring everything was tuned and fixed for maximum safety and efficiency.

I was particularly impressed by the knowledge and expertise they demonstrated with the educational feedback they provided and explaining more complex details in terms I would understand. They both explained exactly how to monitor my system and what signs to look for to ensure long-term reliability.

As a visual learner, I truly appreciated that Raz took the time to draw a diagram to help me better understand my system’s specific layout and how the components function together. Raz walked me through the entire functionality and for the first time, I actually feel confident in how to troubleshoot basic issues myself.

Raz and Jordan were very professional, pleasant, have great customer service but most importantly I felt completely safe and comfortable having them in my home!

Lino's has been a lifesaver. My a/c stopped working and I called them one night around 9pm, they came out right away and change a part, and it was blowing cold again. Thanks goodness, because I cannot sleep when I’m hot and sweaty. I was surprised that they answered that late, and that I was talking to a person and not an automated system. I didn’t need an appointment or anything, that’s the kind of customer service we need these days. Highly recommend using them and I will definitely be using them when needed in the future.

I have used Lino HVAC service many times between 3 homes. They do really good work, but can not be counted on to honor their word regarding follow-up service visits. I have been stood up by them more times than I can count now after being told the would come take care of my subsequent problems. The job remains incomplete. I adjusted my calendar multiple time only to be misled regarding their intentions. Would much more prefer honesty and transparency. Better to let customers know you don't want to service them because warranty work isn't as profitable.

Our AC went out unexpectedly during the hot summer. My family and grandma were sweating and desperate to have AC to be back on. I found called Kyle Air Conditioning services on Google. He was able to come to my home and fix the problem in less than 2 hours. He even stayed to make sure the AC was able to cool the whole house down before leaving. I would definitely call Kyle again fast response/service, professional and fair pricing.

My A/C went out unexpectedly. I called my warranty and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get the problem fixed. I found Kyle A/C through a mutual friend and he had the problem fixed in less than 2 hours and half the price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Home A/C unit failed, contacted Kyle around 9:30pm (Friday night) he was at my home by 10pm. We both figured the start capacitor had failed and began there after installing a new capacitor did not work he tried a hard start unit which also failed as his final check he meged the motor of the compressor and found the windings to be good which only leaves a mechanical failure inside the compressor.
He gave me quote for a replacement, I agreed and it was installed next day with the final cost coming in less than quoted.
I recommend this company to anyone, professional, easy to talk with. Good equipment and best of all the price was reasonable.
