A month ago, we called Nautilus Heating and Cooling technical sales representative for purchase of HVAC systems. It was great to have them sell us our new furnace and AC. He took the time to explain the two systems, how to use and manage them. We have been okay with the products they sold to us and the high quality of service we received! !

Kyle was a great technician. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful. I liked how he explained things to me. As soon as my son entered the house, he removed his shoes. He was patient, carefully checked every component, and made sure safety and performance requirements were met.

I called at 7:30am on a sunday morning because the furnace wouldn't turn on and received the answering service. Brain called me back before I could put my phone down which was first surprise. He explained right away that sundays are extra so that it was clear before making an appointment, which I appreciated. He arrived promptly at the time we set. Figured out the issue, had the $30 part on his truck and we had heat within 35minutes of him arriving!! I would recommend him to everyone looking for reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

Our AC installation team was prompt, professional and efficient. The technician on site was extremely helpful.
