Had to replace 15 year old 2.5 ton .Got estimates from $5000 to $15000. Mutiservice was not lowest but there customer satisfaction ratings & BBB ratings was why I chose them. They came the next day after I called them & finished job in 4 hours. Everything works. Great they cleaned up. I Would Highly Recommend them for anyone considering AC work. Would not take a down payment told me to pay when job was done & I was satisfied.

I was told by two other companies that my 14-year old unit couldn't be repaired and that I would need a new system. Juan at Multi Service was able to repair the system by fixing issues with the ductwork, expanding an inadequate return, adding freon and changing out my thermostat. It wasn't cheap, but it did save me thousands and thousands of dollars!!! His crew was fast, thorough and professional and my A/C is working better than ever now. The only complaint I have is that, although he told me in advance the price of freon in the event that it was needed, he neglected to tell me about the additional fee for adding refrigerant. Everything else was explained well and all of the charges were itemized and seemed very fair. I highly recommend this company.

When we needed to replace our downstairs system in 2018 I shopped around before selecting Multi Service A/C to install our new Goodman unit. Since then, I have had them come back every year for annual service on both units. Pricing is fair and a good value for the money. Juan and his crew are always on time, professional, and friendly. All around a great company. You won't be disappointed.

After I heard about them from a friend, I got Klean Maxx to take care of my parent house and even though I was not there, they were extremely professional, courteous and on time. and not to mention did an excellent job.

The Klean Maxx tech came on time, took a look at my ducts, he then explained exactly what he thought we needed, he was very polite. Only after we understood the scope of the work and gave our authorization did they start the cleaning on our HVAC system. The air duct cleaning job was meticulous, They showed us before and after pictures and the ducts really looked clean! So happy with this company we will hire them again!

Our upstairs AC suddenly blew hot air on a scorching afternoon. Miguel arrived promtly, was courteous, and explained the fix clearly. He found a faulty capacitor, replaced it quickly, and left the area spotless. The house cooled down fast afterward. I highly recommend his service.

Our AC suddenly stopped this morning. After speaking with a very pleasant person over the phone, she was able get someone out on the same day. Their system seemed well organized. I got a confirmation message and was informed when a tech was on the way. Jose was there exactly as promised. He is also friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within minutes. After that, he checked everything to make sure it worked. He gave me a couple of tips on building a new house. We will definitely use them again, or recommend to a friend.
