If the employees can’t even drive safely I definitely wouldnt be hiring these people. There was a guy who was texting and driving on Chimney Rock during rush hour traffic and almost hit me several times because he couldn’t stay in his lane. You represent your when you drive with your company name on the side of a vehicle. Act better.

Aaron from Kingo Services Heating and Cooling came out to fix my AC for job #2022 in Friendswood. He found that the PVC primary line wasn’t glued, which I had no idea about. Even though it was a Saturday, he got here quicker than I expected. Aaron took everything apart, cleaned it really well, and glued it back together. My AC is cooling perfectly again! Super happy with how fast and professional he was. Definitely recommend them if you need AC service in Friendswood!

When a contractor comes to your house, you expect that person to be with a clean appearance, clean shoes, clean uniform, etc. as such this is exactly what I witnessed with Kingo Service guy.
He had a pleasant character and explained what was wrong with our heater system and resolved the problem quickly. We got our heat on before the cold front hit Houston. I would strongly recommend Kingo services.

Excellent service. I came across Kingo on one of those home repair/maintenance apps (I don’t remember the name) when my old unit went completely out. The Kingo crew came after hours and worked through the night to replace my unit and blower. Crazy part is with all that going on, no one in my family heard a thing. They worked quietly, and efficiently and get us back in comfort in the middle of the Texas August heat. That was in 2019, and since then, anytime I call, Kingo shows up fast, no crazy wait times. I had issues with my heater and same thing, gave him a call and he was on the job immediately no problems since. Mr. Jesse and his crew are my AC and heat service providers and that won’t change unless
he retires. I don’t and won’t trust anyone else. So, if you are looking for a LIFETIME AC and heating service company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINGO. Long story short, I am and have always been satisfied with Kingo and you will be too. No games, no fluff and reasonable pricing even in this economy. Just honest work and like I said at the beginning, excellent service.
